Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback Leanne. As the flight cancellation fell outside of the free cancelation period we were unable to provide a refund for you. As this is the fault of the airline and not the hotel we would recommend contacting the airline for compensation. We are bound by cancellation policies particularly when guests choose to book through external websites so we are sorry we were unable to assist with your request.
