We carefully looked into your observations regarding the cleanliness of the room, and the following is what we discovered:You did not provide any comments to reception on the room's cleanliness either after check-in or check-out. Please be informed that every day our housekeeping, maintenance, and Front office colleagues thoroughly inspect all arriving rooms to make sure the air conditioning, amenities, bed making, toilet, etc. are clean and in working order. This procedure is mandatory for all our guest arrival and vacant rooms. You did not indicate this in the Room cleanliness check box or comments on the manual feedback form that you filled out when you checked out on September 20. All of our rooms have open closets with enough hooks for garment storage. If this was not sufficient, you could have informed our Reception and they would have booked a Suite room which has more clothing storage space. We hope that we were able to make your views clear.
