Pros: Work space and loving space.
Cons: Outdoor seating for smokers
Good separation between work space and loving area. Plenty of plugs and digital connections. Nice public spaces.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was nice room was clean and had a extra living room space. Loved it !!!

The staff was friendly as we checked in. There were room service dishes left in the hallway the entire time we were there....never to be picked up, though housekeeping passed by several times.

Inconsistent but good

Pros: Very nice room with the coldest mini refrig. ever.
Cons: Housekeeping staff did not service room the entire stay.
Location: Easy access to I 35 which leads to all things to do in Dallas MetroPlex area
Hotel check in was a bit of a mess as myself and numerous other guests were unable to check in as expected. Did get checked in but well after check in time. Housekeeping didn't service room from check in Sat. PM thru check out Mon AM Remainder of stay was uneventful.

Decent Hotel for the Price

Pros: nice room, clean, decent view, tons of space, can room 4 people
Cons: Be more clear about billing, bigger beds, if check out is at noon dont have house keeping come at 10am
Location: not much to do near by...
Was pleased for the most part about the hotel, but there were a few issues. First off was they charge you a deposit of $50.00 which you get back in 3-5 business days. Now thats not so bad but they never mentioned it and I had to ask after seeing my bank online statement. Second off, the beds are a bit short. Im 5' 10" and my feet were hanging off the double sized bed. My last complaint is house keeping comes knocking on the door at 10am sharp even though check out wasnt till noon, so that was a bit annoying.

Pros: Staff are very professional and approachable.
Cons: Though we only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, we would have appreciated if staff would have at least cleaned our room at least once.
Location: It is very near downtown. You can really do a LOT of things there. Plus there is an art museum nearby the hotel and as well as Medieval Times.
Staff is very accommodating and friendly. No doubt about that. Hotel is a little bit "aged" but it is clean and well maintained. Yet, though we only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, we would have appreciated if staff would have at least cleaned our room at least once. Also, we thought that breakfast is inclusive in the package and is free. But we ended up paying for it. Overall, it was okay.

Its a great place with a nice staff. Great beds and comfortable conditions. The bathrooms and rooms could be updated. Awesome breakfast

Suites are really small bedroom is tight. Of it's just for a quick stop, it's fine but not comfortable enough to stay longer than a night a two. Experienced 3 different issues with housekeeping and a front desk assistant but was awarded SPG points as a compensation for the unpleasurable experiences
