The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The location is a block from the freeway, so close enough to be convenient but far enough to not hear traffic. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

The hotel stay was short but overall satisfied. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quick to go options such as make your own breakfast sandwich and a waffle maker station which were quite yummy (vanilla buckwheat) Entrance floors were cleaned after breakfast. Vacuumed. The only thing I did notice was carpet spots on the 2nd and 4the floor. Pets are allowed so not sure if that had anything to do with it but the hallways didn’t smell just the stains were visible. Regardless, we would definitely stay again.

Everything was great, room was nice and spacious. I interacted with staff at different times of the day and everyone was great. Only one small suggestion is that the glass shower doors need rubber guards so that they do not slam when you close them and maybe put slip guards on shower floor. Was very slippery.

If you’re staying in this area in Dallas, definitely pick this hotel, unlike the others nearby it’s not right next to the interstate, it’s tucked away in a quiet residential spot. Some construction next door now building a new apartment complex but if your up and out early you’re good. Very nice hotel for business traveler like me

It is misfortunate and rather deceiving from Home2 Hotel, in Dallas, to state that they are pet friendly, and not being clear nor transparent about a pet fee. This is on the border of dishonesty and guests should be made aware of all charges. We travel quite often back-and-forth to Dallas, and this will be the last time we stay at this hotel. Simply, based on a question of principle.

I loved the soft pillows and bed. The Zero products for the shower and personal care are amazing. The room was very nice and I enjoyed staying there. The breakfast had multiple choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Easy to find and great parking. Breakfast was pretty good too as far as hotel breakfast goes.

Arrived to find the room I booked was not available. Specifically requested a bathtub for the room, and there was not one upon arrival. Had to leave and find another hotel. Staff did look in the computer for us to find another room, but no luck.

Poor construction. Door between guest rooms wouldn’t lock. Bathroom door lock broken and lock looked like a gate latch. Hall door would close if pushed. Overall construction labor and materials were poor. Checkin was not welcoming albeit smooth. Will not stay again.

Enjoyable stay
We had a short stay because we were only in town for the night, but it was a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Did not like our stay at this hotel. We had to go to the front desk everyday and request new bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. Also the tub did not have a stopper and when we requested on from the staff, we weee told they don’t have any. That’s was very uncomfortable for my family of 5.

Not a good stay.
I would never pay over $300 for this hotel. I should have read the fine print about paying additional taxes and fees separate from what’s on hotel.com. The hotel was a little old. I couldn’t sleep because the beds were hard. The room was clean which was good. In the morning the construction sounds woke us up. This will be my first and last time staying here.
