"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"This is an amazing hotel only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Centro. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the rooms are first class!!! They have a wonderful restaurant which serves a delicious complementary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also available. "We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! "This place is in the center of Cusco close to many major areas of interest, i.e. plazas, museums, restaurants, street markets, etc. They are also only a bus or train ride from Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, Ollytantambo, and so much more. The staff go above and beyond for anything you may need, help with luggage, directions to local places, calling taxis, and the lovely breakfast they serve. They main staff are fluent in English if you don't know Spanish, the grounds are immaculate, and everything is very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the area."
