I was there for 4 days since, day 1 nothingvbut great customer service. The first room i got had AC issues as soon as i repoted i got a new room. Restaurant staff was great. Cleaning crew was great. Easy to get transportation to and from our event.

Great place to stay
Great and friendly place to stay. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. Make sure you have small currency to be able to tip staff. It’s not required but it’s part of the culture to tip and you just want to because they’re so friendly.

All in all it was a nice hotel, good service, very polite and friendly staff, the food was OK The only minus of our stay was that it rained in the evenings, but we enjoy our time there.

Hoyel was ok. The recepcionist told us that we had free breakfast when we checked inn and when we had the breakfast next morning we were charged almost $50 dollars for 3 breakfast. They lied to us.

Great time, Great stay!
I recommend Fista Inn in Cuautitlán for its cleanliness, quietness and great service! The location is not too far from the Airport in Mexico City and it’s a gateway to many attractions north of CDMX.

Great option 17 days! Again.
Great location with a Sanborn’s restaurant in front, secure parking in front, excellent beds & linens (changed daily), excellent but pricey breakfast buffet. Snags were attended rapidly & pleasantly. I had requested a handicap room...one of the best ever on first floor next to the elevators! Easy separate parking near the entry.

Good Location
Good location convenient to food ( Starbucks, subway) within walking distance. Walmart & movie theater located on same lot. I did not venture into surrounding neighborhood. Hotel was clean, staff professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good and priced competitively.
