“Luxery room”

The reception staff where very warm and friendly could not do enough for us, the area was very clean and tidy. Our room was outstanding clean and comfortable heating fab could not have asked for anything more everything we wanted was on hand and they even gave us a courtursey call. Would stay there again one of the best ive ever been in .

“Great hotel and facilities”

Great place to stay. Great facilities and service. Room very comfortable, would definitely recommend it. Check in isn't until 4pm which is a bit late but when we arrived in the afternoon, we went into Cromer, and reception offered to ring when it was ready.

“great family holiday location”

I did not get time to check this out once i had booked it. It was a lovely surprise to find we had a villa. It was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. the pool facilitues were great. the staff could not have been more helpful. I am looking to go again in the late summer. Our two grandsons thought it was "very cool" Need to see the views from the top when the weather is better!
