I recently had a delightful two-day stay at hotel golf. The staff provided a warm welcome and the room was spacious, clean, and featured breathtaking views. The hotel restaurant served delicious Swiss cuisine, and I appreciated that the hotel provided transportation to the ski slopes. The location was convenient, and the hotel's serene surroundings provided a tranquil atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Crans Montana.

The best hotel in town! We stayed there several days and loved it. Beautiful and the front desk were the best. The late night guard was very polite and helpful. Could not think of anywhere else to stay. Drinks were unique prepared by Ana, the best bar tender.

Christmas getaway
Friendliness and availability of the staff. We were welcomed by a handwritten note and a box of chocolate- which was very much appreciated. We had the Christmas menu at the restaurant. Simple but good food. The restaurant staff was discreet, helpful and very very nice! We also loved having a chauffeur driving us to the slopes!

We spent 4 days with the nicest family of hoteliers of a 19 day vacation. The owners are on site and care about everything. The welcome was wonderful. Although we didn't have a car the hotel has parking. A plus after having no parking at other hotels. The hotel is in an area of fantastic resorts. It is located just a short walk from the center of town and is quiet and beautiful. Everything about this hotel is top notch. The rooms were very nice and had everything you could want in a room.. Beautiful patios with views of the alps and all of the small things that you need and want. Beautiful robes and towels for the indoor pool. The day starts with a beautiful buffet of breakfast foods and treats. The entrance staff is well informed of all of the events happening in the area and they are all multilingual and attentive to everyone. The MR is omni present as is MRS. She runs the hotel and he runs the food and beverage and everything else that needs to be done. They were there on their day off because they seem to live there. Except for Sunday night they have a full restaurant every day. All of the serving staff at the restaurant are multilingual. We were there with German French English and Italian all at once and they move from one table to the next and speak and understand everyone. There is a beautiful patio that looks south to the range of mountains and Zermatt/The Matterhorn. The grounds are beautiful, as is so much of Switzerland. More than a hotel.

Exceeded our expectations!
We spent two nights in a family suite. The location was very convenient to everything, and the staff went out of their way to answer our questions and help us coordinate our train schedule/plans. Special thanks to Solomon who was always so friendly and knowledgeable! We were also very pleasantly surprised with the onsite restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner on the outdoor terrace while soaking in the beautiful views. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend the Helvetia Intergolf

One night stay
My party of 3 stayed at this hotel for one night during week before Christmas holidays on business. Room was clean, warm and came with a nice balcony which was too chilly to stay out but got to view a fabulous sun set. Staff was cheerful and quick to help with luggages. Breakfast was sumptuous, with myriad of choices from the buffet table. Restaurant area was sunny and bright. Many guests were arriving for skiing holidays but due to lack of snow, the town was not in that spirit yet.

Leider war die Suite nicht so wie auf den Bildern der Homepage. Auf den Bildern ist die Suite modern und hell. Unsere war dunkel und hatte den Touch aus den frühen 80ern. Dies war eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Das Housekeeping war sehr gut und freundlich, das Frühstückspersonal dagegen weniger.

Ja, Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Sauberkeit sind uns extrem wichtig. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre Apartment-Suite nicht Ihrem Geschmack entsprochen hat. Wir verfügen über 42 Einheiten, die alle im selben Alpinen-Stil eingerichtet sind; es gibt Abweichungen was die Einteilung und Farben betreffen. Leider ist es uns unmöglich Bilder aller Unterkünfte im Internet zu zeigen, deshalb steht unter den Fotos, dass Abweichungen möglich sind. Unser Haus ist übrigens erst in den 90ern eröffnet und in der Zwischenzeit renoviert worden. Wir hoffen, Sie wieder bei uns empfangen zu können.

Pas un Hôtel 4*!
Séjour de cinq nuits dans une chambre exécutive vue sur montagne dans dans une période Covid. Parking gratuit pratique mais néanmoins petit. La navette gratuite et à la demande vers les pistes de ski, est très pratique. Le service de massages par une professionnelle est très satisfaisant. MAIS, cet établissement ne vaut pas quatre étoiles à beaucoup de points de vue! Le restaurant, en demi-pension ou à la carte, propose de la cuisine très facile, le genre de cuisine que je fais quand je n’ai pas envie de cuisiner. Ce n’est pas ce que j’attendais lors d’un séjour dans un établissement de quatre-étoiles. La chambre exécutive est en fait un mini appartement avec cuisinette, très vieillot, très abîmé et sans aucun goût. En aucun cas on se sent dans un établissement quatre-étoiles. La plupart des serveurs parlent très fort, n’ont aucun tact, aucune réserve, aucune discrétion. Là aussi, on s’est crus être dans une taverne populaire et non dans le restaurant d’un hôtel de 4 étoiles. Le petit espace « Spa » est bruyant. Une des raison est qu’il y a souvent plus d’enfants que d’adultes. La vue sur les montagnes est sympathique. Le service en chambre n’est pas terrible. Surtout par le fait que les femmes de chambres peuvent entrer chez vous à tout moment, il n’y a pas de carton de porte « Ne pas déranger ». Nous n’y retournerons pas.

Bon hotel a Crans Montana
Très bon hotel, situé au centre de Montana. Tout est bien géré pour le Covid: restaurant ouvert pour les clients avec les normes, jacuzzi sur réservation, etc. Un peu bruyant le matin car ils ramassaient la neige. Sinon tout était bien!

N'y allez pas pour son SPA, sinon sympa
Hôtel bien situé dans le vilage. Excellent accueil et petit déjeuné. Parking gratuit y compris le jour de votre départ. Chambre solo n° 61 avec une grande terrasse avec vue sur le village et les remontées mécaniques de Montana. Il manque juste une chaise longue pour pouvoir s'y prélasser lorsqu'il y a le soleil. Chambre propre avec excellente literie mais mauvaise arrivée Wi-Fi voir pas du tout lorsque le routeur beug. Spa vieillot et piscine trop petite pour faire des longueurs. Hammam fermé actuellement cause COVID. N'y allez pas pour son SPA.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous avoir laissé un commentaire. Nous sommes contents de voir que la localisation, l'accueil et le petit déjeuner vous ont plus. Vous auriez pu sans autre nous demander une chaise longue pour votre terrasse de même que nous prévenir pour la connexion Wi-Fi, notre technicien aurait pu y jeter un coup d’œil et y remédier. C’est vrai que notre piscine n’est pas très grande (10 x 4 m), mais le coin détente, la pelouse avec les chaises longues et le jacuzzi, tous face à la belle chaîne des Alpes, invitent à la détente. A bientôt!
