We stayed here while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. It’s just a 10 minute drive from the entrance. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The décor is definitely dated but functional and I think the price reflects the fact the the interior could use an update.
They were nice enough to allow us to plug our Tesla into the standard outlet on the outside of the building saving us a long drive to the nearest Tesla supercharger. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!!!
We made a reservation thru Expedia for an ADA room with a roll in shower. However, when we arrived they had no accessible room for us. We canceled our reservation and had to look for another hotel.
A little dingy and outdated but I still had a lovely stay, staff is A

Rooms were clean and staff was great. Breakfast had a lot of options. The pool was cisibly diety and smelled like mildew so that was disappointing but other then that not a bad place to stay
This was our favorite hotel on a trip where we stayed in 9 different hotels in 9 different cities! We paid a little extra for a room with the bunk beds for the kids, and it was a hit—they absolutely loved having their own little fort. We got the best night’s sleep of the entire trip here—the room was quiet and comfortable. The pool was perfectly warm and big enough for several families to swim/play comfortably. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were great! We would absolutely stay here again!
When we have stayed before, breakfast was awesome, this time not so much.. The cheese omlets were all burned but the cheese wasn't melted! One morning the pancakes maker needed filled. There was half biscuit, bacon. We eneded up going out for breakfast at a restaurant

Hello,We want to thank you for your time and leaving us a review. I apologize for our breakfast and understand how important it is to get the day off to a good start. We are trying different vendors and seeing what works best for our staff and guest quality. We appreciate your input and will work harder on this topic.Sincerely, Latrisha HatchGM
We had an excellent stay at this hotel and the breakfast was wonderful! We have 2 toddlers with us and they really enjoyed the variety of breakfast so we didn't have to worry about what to eat.
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Heated indoor pool and hot tub was nice for my family. I could hear everyone in the rooms around ours which was a bummer. Above us, the room adjacent to us and the hallway were all very loud and we could clearly hear it all from inside the room. The breakfast room was also very crowded, however the staff was quick to replenish breakfast items and coffee. Water in the hot tub was black which was weird too. They claim that it’s due to the filtration system but I’m not so sure. Great location. Very close to Mesa Verde National Park which was amazing!
