The first room we got had fead bugs/roaches all over the place and it smelled like it was fumigated just before our check in. The front desk found out we had a dog and later acknowledged that they planned one clean room for us first then after asking about pets they switched us to a dirtier rolm - they told us that to our faces. The new room was better but the elevator was not working so people walked past our room and banged the door all night. Barely got any sleep. In the morning we were walking our dog - had to go far from the hotel as there was dog poop all around, big ones too. It’s people that are pigs not to pick up after tjeir dogs but it adds up to overall impression. Totally not worth the money we had to pay for the stay. If you can find any other places to stay - avoid this hotel. Management is a failure, they were just “sorry” when I shared my experience. Staff speaks bad English so it’s very hard to understand.

Bed sheets and some towels were dirty first night and they don’t clean the room and beds the next day they were stating that they were short on personal so they give us the bed sheets to do it our self. But at check in they don’t forget to ask me for my CC and ask why if I already paid they answer Just in case we have to charge something after check out

It was not very clean at all. There was only decaffeinated coffee in the room. The breakfast was very limited. It seemed as there was very little there. The bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. The beach towels look like hand towels. I paid $215 and it was probably not worth half of that. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone. Location was good. I appreciated the pet friendly status. The staff was courteous. Really needs a lot of update and cleaning though.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past. The hotel is great and the staff was friendly. The issue that I had on a two night stay was no cleaning service. The room was not cleaned and most of all no fresh towels. The property need to be be cleaned better on a daily basis, trash was in the stairwell for three days. I like the location but needed to be cleaned better.
