The floor was dirty in the room/washroom had a suit when walking back from the tub we was leaving black foot marks to the washroom the tub was broken and didn’t hold water kept having to fill it and the water sprout fell off when we touched it

We had no control over this outage, and our Front Desk staff did an excellent job in ensuring that the disruption was of a short duration. We apologize for your disappointment in not being able to view the TV for that short period of time. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to serve you.

Excellent room, clean, new, smelled fresh. Staff amazing. Needed a new remote for the TV and it was replaced within 3 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The room was spotless, comfortable and updated. The check in woman was very friendly and gave us some restaurant ideas and shopping locations. We would definately recommend staying here.

The desk was really dirty, the bathtub was leaking. More dusting and wiping wouldn’t hurt. We love that it was modern and beds were comfortable and clean.

Beds were super comfy, pool was nice. Rooms need better blinds that actually close and block the sun and/or views from outside. Microwave and counter in the room had left over dried food on them. Shower and tub caulking was black and looked moldy. Continental Breakfast was limited but nicely set up.

This Super 8 surpassed our expectations. The room was very modern and comfortable and we received a friendly welcome arriving after midnight. Breakfast area is nice and there is a decent range of options. If they could cut down on disposable single-use plastic that would be great, but otherwise no complaints.

Overall, the hotel was ok. For the price we paid we would expect proper cleaning of the room. It was surface cleaned, but under the beds had dirt, dust, and dirty coffee cups. The service was good and the continental breakfast was decent.

Bed was very comfortable and room very clean. Neighbours were noisy; should not have been given an adjoining room setup. Not much sound proofing in the building as upstairs shower sounded like it was beside our bed.
