Rooms need updates. Musty smell. Bathroom was rundown. Rooms need a chair in addition to the desk chair. No you place to sit near the pool. The gentleman at the fence desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would not stay there for more than one night.

Well-situated for visiting the Corning Museum of Glass, within walkable distance to the restaurants in the city center. Very nice staff, serious and helpful.

Check-in was quick and easy, the hotel was very quiet, comfortable beds, breakfast was simple but good. Fairly strong smell of bleach in the hall and room, but at least I knew it was clean.

My only complaints were that the rod in the closet was up so high it was hard to use. If the hangers came off it would have been ok. Also I would have preferred the bed not be so high! I'm 5'2"- short but not extremely short!

Close to everything
Hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to Corning Museum of Glass and all the shops on Market St. Our room had kind of a Musty smell and when you first pull up to the hotel it looks a little shabby. But all in all it was fine for me and my husband

Expedia never informed Quality that I was arriving and had booked and paid for a room. I don't carry a smart phone, so the reservation clerk tried calling Expedia. She could not get past the voice mailbox. Quality allowed me network access on my laptop, and I was able to show her the e-mail from Expedia confirming the reservation & payment. Quality not only found a room for me, but gave me an upgrade from Queen to King Suite. Bravo to Quality and a big BOO! to Expedia.

Nice Stay
Very friendly service at check in, ideas for tours and things to do were offered. Room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was your typical continental fare, nothing particular stood out and the scrambled eggs were of inferior quality. Overall, a nice stay at a clean modern hotel. Note: This place has no elevators

Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast is typical but good. Room was clean. If you enjoy walking, walk to Corning Museum of Glass or across bridge to Market street.
