The location is great. Close to all of the sights, restaurants and shopping. The hotel was quiet, clean, and had the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. Highly recommend!

Great place.
What a wonderful hotel. Central to the old town and with a terrace looking toward the tower of the Mezquita. The staff are delightful and the setting couldn't be better. The rooms may seem a little tight to anyone used to an enormous space but are nicely decorated and spotless.

Comfortable and quiet hotel in Cordoba
The hotel is in a perfect location to visit the sights of Cordoba. Beware that the streets round the hotel are very narrow if you are arriving by car. The hotel itself is in a private courtyard and very safe. Our bedroom was very small, but the bed and pillows were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was also good. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom. Overall I would return but only for a night or two as our room was so small.

Check location carefully.
Only received notification of change of hotel on evening before arrival. Did not check emails before leaving for Córdoba. Had police escort to find hotel, without their help we would have returned back to Gibraltar. Coffee machine is faulty and hand basin plug does not seal. Apart from that the room and hotel was good.

Needed a Break from Hostels travelling alone. Some parts of the shower didn't work but the room was clean and fine for one person. would have been tight if I was with anyone else

Very well located for sightseeing. Staff was helpful with information about places to visit, though less helpful with restaurant selection. (They sent me to one that was awful.) My room was small, but the bed was firm and very comfortable. I missed that there was no chair in the room so that I had a place to sit other than on the bed. The housekeeping was excellent and the housekeeper was a very pleasant, considerate woman.

The property is in a very nice area. It is a small property. The lobby and room decoration were very nice. The flooring seemed to be new. I was disappointed with the fact that the room a/c was not cooling enough, the bath tub features were broken. None of the jets nor top shower worked. We had to shower with an add on shower feature that was added to the shower space.

Perfect location, great staff, clean room!
Wonderful little hotel in a private courtyard accessible only through a gate. My room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great. PERFECT location! Most importantly, all of the staff at the front desk and in the kitchen were tremendously warm and helpful, which was not my experience at numerous hotels throughout a two-week trip in Spain.

Super Cordoba
I really liked Cordoba and wished I had planned to stay longer as I was loath to leave such a super place. The Hospedaria del Italia was a charming hotel situated in the heart of the old Jewish district. Although outside were bustling streets shops etc the hotel itself set in a typical courtyard setting was n oasis of quiet and calm. I would certainly recommend it for that and for being so close to all the city's attractions.

We loved this charming hotel in the old town, close to all the historical attractions. The staff was very helpful - they sent us detailed driving instructions, with street views of each turn. Check-in was easy and Estevan answered all or questions and gave us information about the area. The room was spacious and clean, as were the rest of the areas in the hotel. The rooftop terrace had a great view of the mosque-cathedral. The breakfast was excellent. We would gladly recommend this hotel.

A little gem of a hotel
After an inauspicious start, as the entrance to the hotel is through a grilled gate, not particularly inviting, and with tiny signage that made us think we were at a delivery entrance...you walk through the gate, up a short flight of wide stairs and onto a lovely open patio/atrium. Thereafter it was a really great experience. The minute we walked into the hotel we knew we were going to have a good stay. The surroundings were delightful, relaxing fountain in reception...very helpful staff...Our room was exceptionally nice. Lovely wooden paneling and floors yet still very bright and airy. Very spacious room with excellent bathroom. This became our refuge from the heat of the day...and a charming place to come back to. Recommendations for dinner were excellent - particularly Pepe de Juderia. Wonderful.

Found the place in the maze of Cordova with gps a-ok, but parking promised on Internet was full Medium hassle. Though room appeared clean, each time we showered the floor of bathroom was saturated with slimed water. I thought it was from our not properly closing the shower door, so I asked for towels and twice cleaned it up. Then while my wife was showering I saw scuzzy water bubbling up through a metal pate in the floor that was obviously an unsuccessful attempt at fixing a plugged sewer pipe Hotel staff claimed to know nothing about this-- someone obviously did. They refused to compensate us at all and blamed me for not telling them. I would never go back to this place again and suggest that you don't either

Nice hotel close to Catherdral
This hotel was comfortable for our family and is in a great location in walking distance of the main sights in Cordoba. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a breakfast available in the morning as well. The room was not large but was comfortable for our family. We loved the terrace where we could have some wine and view the cathedral in the evening.

Friendliest staff in our trip so far. Great location, but because of that it's VERY difficult to get there with a car, and the parking is small. The room is small but comfortable, except the shower, it's ridiculously small.

Hotel with lots of character in perfect location
Had 2 rooms, one for my boyfriend and I, another for my parents. The hotel is located in the old part of Cordoba, 5 min walk from the Mosque and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. It is difficult to drive to the hotel, down lots of tight streets, but there is parking on-site...if you have a smaller car and are comfortable driving around Europe, it is worth it to take your car there and park. The hotel staff was excellent. All very kind and more than helpful. Helped us park the car, showed us our rooms and just made us feel extremely welcomed. The rooms and hotel itself matched the character of the city and was a fun place to stay.

Wonderful stay.
Just an overnight stay in order to visit La Mesquita, and it was right around the corner! The receptionist's suggestion for a restaurant was wonderful--plenty of locals were dining there. I would suggest GPS to help find your way there, and don't take a long or wide car.

We had a terrible first night- room on ground floor, next to reception, lift and opposite the kitchen.. the noise all night was dreadful. We were offered an alternative the 2nd night which was better, but there was till noise. The hotel is also a nightmare to find and park in, we ended up parking at the staion and getting a taxi.. having spent over an hour driving around. I think the hotel should warn guests about this.

nice cosy place in the centre of Cordoba
It's a nice place to stay for exploring Cordoba. It's located in the very centre in narrow streets of Juderia. Very crowded with tourists. our room was above the place where hotel's guests have breakfast. It means that from 7.30 till 10.30 we were listening to rambling og glasses and were sniffing toasts - isolation . The room was small.

Although we were told on arrival that we had booked basic rooms(we booked the last 3 rooms)they were more than adequate,the shower enclosures tend to vary from room to room but they were fine.the bathrooms were a bit on the compact side but again were adequate.The only real downer was the rooms were on the ground floor looking onto an alley at the back of the hotel which meant we had to keep the shutters closed making the room dark.Location wise the hotel is about 5 minutes from the cathedral and smack in the centre of the old town.Would definately use it again.
