The floor we are in was currently being renovated . The building materials still scattered and you will be able to determine that the bathroom really needs to be updated .

The AC in your room was not broken, We offered a maintenance person to come look at it and you declined. No refund was offered as nothing was wrong in the first place.
One of the nicest best westerns I’ve stayed in. The hot tub was quiet and the perfect temp. I will say, we were there right after a snowstorm and the parking lot was not plowed.

Overall it was a decent hotel however the breakfast area was very small with limited food options for breakfast.
Additonally they only had 1 person working the area and she couldn't keep up replenishing the food station. There were several childrens baseball during our stay and they ran out out food, including coffee, milk and juice and it was not even near closing time.

The staff at the property were very nice. The breakfast was lacking. The food was not refilled frequently and many items were missing. The staff person was working diligently but it was more than a one person job. The water for the shower was cold during high volume times.

I love the fact that there’s a Shopping center right next door, within walking distance. Including a McDonald's.

Close to attractions. Same parking lot as grocery store and shops. Close to restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed, good free breakfast. I would definitely stay again next time I'm heading to Cooperstown.

We loved how close it is to the national baseball hall of fame and Main Street, there is a supermarket’ McDonald’s, Chinese food and other stores right next to the hotel, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good.
