The hotel was very convenient for my needs. Very close to the airport Palmerola (5 Minutes). I had to get there at 11:.30 PM. The staff was helpful and kind. The room very clean and the bed very comfortable. The inconvenience; in front of the hotel there is a kind of pentecostal church and their religious service was very loud.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No hay seguridad, no hay alguien que esté atento a los huéspedes. Las habitaciones no simulan el ruido, toda la noche los de la habitación a la par estuvieron con música y nos fue imposible descansar. Si hay reglamento alguien debe estar pendiente de que se cumpla.

Estimada Stefany gracias por tu comentario eso nos ayuda a mejorar nuestras debilidades. Vamos poco a poco tratando de mejorar. Este es un hotel pequeño y por supuesto no habra tantas comodidades , pero trataremos de mejorar su observacion. Gracias
