We enjoyed stargazing with the provided telescope. Great for looking at the moon and just enough to pick out some binary stars. Common areas like the kitchen and bathrooms were serviceable but not especially clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Used it as a central location to do day trips. The chairs provided at our camp needed repair & our feet got dirty coming from the amenities. Beds were very comfortable & clean

A lot to improve on but a fair try at glamping
Toilets were a mess and overflowing onto the grass’s area. No toilet paper twice. Neighbours arrives after 10pm with headlights shining in our tent. Believe the tent spacing is too close for any privacy.

Stand alone property, quite yet safe, a bit isolated - it took us 15 minutes driving to neighborhood area. After all I love the experience we had here at this property.

Even though they sent us an email stating that electric heaters and electric blankets were available with the package we purchased for the glamping bell tent, when we arrived we were informed that we had to rent a heater and that even though we had paid per person the only bed that qualified for the heating blanket was the king bed. Our two sons were on camp cots and they preferred to not use electric blankets on the smaller beds. I had to explain that my son was sick and we had still come thinking that there would be adequate heat based on the email they had sent before they decided to provide heating blankets and still would not allow the use of the heater. I think they need to be more clear in their advertising

It's a great location close to wineries. Camp kitchen needs a good clean out. Managers need to keep an eye on toilet paper in amenities.

Lovely and peaceful, manager Andrew looked after us. Unfortunately very disappointed in how clean cabin rooms were, old mattresses with springs you can see and feel, stained bed linen, piles of dust in the corners, used tissues under the bed. We were upgraded to an ensuite cabin but bed still hard and uncomfortable.

Bathrooms flood. Shower curtain too short no bath Matt provided so floor becomes slip hazard , could all be sorted easily... first time I have stayed anywhere and paid $112 and had to buy milk for a cuppa. Oh did I mention no kettle, no tea bags no coffee no chair , nothing at all just a bed, The wotif Ap said we were booking a cabin but when we arrived it was just a bed in a lodge with communal amenities. Back packer style worth $50 paid $112.

Lovely setting, a nice place to relax. A bit unsure as to who was caretakers due to them being in a middle of a handover, but that wasnt a big deal. Had to upgrade from the 'bush bell tent' to 'glamping bell tent' as no linen or electricity provided in the 'bush bell' - luckily there was availability, caretaker was happy to do this for us, be aware wotif website incorrectly states that there is those facilities.

This one night stay was in a large canvas tent. It had a double bed, 2 twins, towels and bedding, and an electrical outlet. There was even an ice bucket with bottles of red and white wine for purchase. It was a cool night in wine country and we had a great, cozy sleep in the tent. An early morning chorus of Australian magpies and kookaburras added wonderfully to our awakening. The grounds were right beside a vineyard and a 200 acre woodland with large blue gums and other local flora. A cleaned trail meanders through it for about 3 kms. There were many galah, sulphur crested cockatoos, and a few crimson rosellas and yellow tailed black cockatoos as well. The property manager, Sue-Anne, greeted us upon arrival and noticed we had not booked a tent with linens or towels so changed us over to a fully equipped unit for a moderate fee. This stay was one of the best in our month of motel road tripping in Australia. Well done Coonawara!

We stayed in a powered tent with linen. The price was incredibly good compared to others in the area. The tent was spacious inside with a queen bed plus two singles. What was great were the table and chairs outside and the fire pit. We lit it both nights we were here and it was relaxing sitting around it. We had thunder and lightning one night but were cosy warm and dry in our tent. There was a toilet block very close to us which was handy with the main block fir cooking and showers across the park. All amenities were new and clean. We really enjoyed this place. It is out if town a bit but we saw they were providing a service for riunning you into town etc which looked very cheap although we did not need to use it. Would definitely recommend staying here and glamping or renting one of the four cabins.

Small but cozy. Bed tucked tightly into a small space which also prevented the bathroom door from closing. Manager says now on his to do list to rectify. Car parking a little away from unit on dirt, but we did crib a little to park in a small space near door on a gravel section.
