“Polaris' Best Kept Secret”
Had a great stay at Fairfield Inn. Excellent service and very comfortable room. I would recommend to anybody staying in the Columbus area.

I had a great experience while traveling alone with my 3 year old twin boys. The check-in clerk was very attentive to my boys and talked with them both when we checked in and the next morning at checkout. She was very sweet to them. The woman working the breakfast buffett saved me! She helped me carry our plates to a table so I didn't have to juggle 3 plates and 2 kids!!! Thank you so much! The only (minor) complaint I have is the hotel was rather noisy. Constant door slamming from 9:30pm to 11:30pm. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel and will plan on staying there again.
“Family Friendly Hotel”
Great hotel! The room was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a big selection. The pool is very small though and not too kid friendly. The staff was not the friendliest I have seen so that was a little disappointing. Overall, great hotel and we will stay there again!
“Nice but noisy”
The staff was very nice and the room was very nice. Unfortunately it was right by the elevators and you could hear the elevator hydraulic motors all night.
