Went to check in an lobby smelt dirty then got to the room an first thing within 60 seconds we found bedbugs so turned rite around went back to lobby an the lady at the desk didn't seem surprised instead she started that the room was just checked by the health dept because it already has them and was supposed to be free of them after the"apparent cleaning" someone was obviously blind or didn't care! Asked for a refund within 5 mins or less of pulling in for our room.

The staff here was very nice. My room was clean but way outdated but for the price, it’s a decent nights sleep. Plenty of hot water, there was 4 of us and we didn’t run out. The breakfast could have been better with just 2 cereals and honey buns. Coffee was good

The conditions were appalling, with a strong, unpleasant odor that made it impossible for us to stay even for a minute. We promptly left the premises and requested a cancellation. To my surprise, when one day later I requested a refund through Expedia, the property's staff claimed to Expedia that we had stayed for two hours and therefore couldn't return our money. If someone looking for the dirtiest place with dishonest staff, then this is the place.

The check in lady was coughing and sneezing,said it was from the grass they cut as she pulls her shirt up over her nose, didn't smell no grass freshly cut,got to the room and a bug was crawling across the table, light in bathroom had to beat the end to get it to come on, the door was very sloppy and the bottom was really kicked in , covers and sheets were all stained.

This property is way better than the travel lodge! It’s been remodeled a little. No bugs. Water pressure isn’t the best. But it’s clean. Breakfast isn’t much. Coffee and cereal. But you get what you pay for with this place. Not bad at all

Nice hotel clerks and the room was clean and comfortable. Some room outlets didn't work. Low lighting was a problem. Skip the breakfast unless you're okay with coffee and a roll.

Outdoor pool has been broken all summer & is still listed as feature on hotels.com; single ice machine was broken with a sign on it & overnight staff on duty claimed no knowledge of it being broken; room was marginally dirty with dust, dirt, pet hair, & crumbs on floor, bed, furniture; “continental breakfast” was coffee, stale cereal, & 4 packaged danishes.

We were traveling and got tired and needed to stop. This place showed decent pictures and had breakfast. When we got in the room it smelled so strongly of stail cigarette we couldnt breath. There was feces smeared on the bathroom wall and dried blood on the door. Cigarette burns in the bedding and hair in the sheets. Ducktape sealed the door to the other room and our door barely shut and locked. All we could do was strip the bed lay towels down sleep for two hours and run!. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Nice for the price
I needed a stay that was somewhere between Louisville and Bloomington and selected it out of location. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was old and a bit outdated, but customer service was great. They were able to accommodate my request for a 1st floor room. The room was clean, and recently updated probably in the last 5-6 years. Showers worked, beds were clean and comfortable, TV was fine. I mean, this isn't a 4 star hotel, but this is a cheap place if you need someplace to crash with no fuss.

The ceiling was chipping, the sink was cracked, there was a hole in the wall from the bathroom door that they just shoved toilet paper in to fix it, there was spit on the walls, I had to screw the light bulbs in so the lights would work. The neighbors were standing outside talking so loud. My tv was broken. Not worth wasting your money on.

To be very clear this hotel is infested with cockroaches. I did a little research and when there are infant as well as adult bugs present then there is an infestation not random guest leaving one behind. The staff was not at all surprised when we reported this and requested a room change. The second room we did not see any bugs but the room was not cleaned well....no suprise in that but the condition of the bathroom and tub was very bad. The tub was cracked and broken so we did not even use the shower at all. I know this is a low budget motel but dont poor and the less fortunate people that are traveling and require lodging deserve at least a clean and safe environment to rest and recouperate? Its very sad that the owners or a corporation would ignore or decide not to correct these issues and continue to rent out potentially hazardous and unsanitary rooms to people who just cant afford any higher priced chains that commit to keeping corporate standards.

The lady who checked us in was very sweet and accommodating and fast. The room is clean but very worn. Ice maker wasn't working. The back of the property feels like a lot of people are living here, and the area made me feel uncomfortable. It was good for a quick overnight at best.

The hotel is older but beds are very comfortable. Room was clean. Just looking for a one night stay to continue driving. Desk clerk was very nice. Outside my not be pretty but rooms are clean, perfect for one night and price is very good. Our 4th times staying here.
