Overall the property and rooms were nice, a lot of food options close by.
Only dislike was the cardio machines in the workout room did not function properly when we tried to use them but overall a nice workout area.

Would have stayed lady on the phone no name told me they accepted cash. When I drive there ready to pay for room was told they did not accept cash. Had to find another hotel. Very disappointing

I am sorry for the confusion. You had to hae been speaking to someone at a central reservation that did not have the correct information. I have been in touch with them. No one directly at the hotel would have ever said we accept cash.
Sometimes no hot water in the morning or at night. Roach was waiting outside our door. Insect on pillow when we got there. House keepers only come every 7 days so basically if you’re there for less than that you won’t see a house keeper and no they won’t even take the trash outside your door. Staff was friendly though. Free laundry and gym. Price was good for the stay but could fix some the above would be great.

Thank you for your feedback. All feedback is a good teaching tool for staff. I apologize for the issues you had during your stay. Candlewood Suites is a extended stay product, so yes we only clean every 7 days. Extra supplies and linen though, is always available at the Front Desk

Waited 10 minutes at desk. Guy walks up says name and never said another word until he said "elevator is that way. Shoved a paper at me and never said anything so I filled it out. The hotel was very quiet and it was clean.
The front desk attendant at check in was very polite and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was on the 4th floor so it was quiet. Not sure if it was because I was on the 4th floor towards the end but had cold showers every morning for the first 3. The front desk attended said to let the hot water run for 15 min in the morning before getting in the shower. That helped but wound up turning on the shower, the bathroom faucet and the kitchen faucet and got hot water after about 10-15 minutes. Stayed 11 nights. Was told when I checked in that seeing that I was staying so long housekeeping would not come until the 7th day but if I needed fresh linens to go to the front desk. Was there 11 nights never received housekeeping services. Being there 11 nights it was nice ti be able to cook dinner every night and not have to eat out every meal. I would stay there again but it wouldn’t take much effort on there part to make the experience better.

When I checked in there was nobody that could speak English at the desk. I waited at least 5 minutes before someone came in that could handle getting me checked in.
Also there apparently rooms are not made up every day (they said weekly)_ I either missed this notice when making my reservation or Expedia did not show this in the listing. Had I undersatood this I would have made another choice.

Hello John. I sincerely apologize about the confusion on how often we clean our rooms. We are an extended stay property, so typically have people staying for long periods of time. We clean rooms once a week. In the future, i would just check with the desk on how often they clean stayovers. Some hotels still do not clean stayovers everyday. I do thank you for staying with us.
Parking spaces are wide but not enough. During my stay I was moved rooms. AC was not working, spoke to clerk and manager but it was never fixed

We showed up with a confirmed stay and they told us we had no room We will never stay at one of your hotels again!

That particular weekend, we had maintenance issues with rooms, and had to relocate our arrivals. I am not sure why they did not contact you ahead of time. I am deeply sorry you showed up knowing nothing about this.

I got a call just before arriving, letting me know they didn't have a room like I booked and offering me a queen single bed room with a pull out couch. We called a competitor and stayed there. I would have liked a more helpful option from this hotel (couldn't they have helped us find a room elsewhere? What about you, Expedia? Couldn't you have helped?

I couldn't find anything wrong! Immediately walking in it smelled so fresh and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Zero: bugs, dust, hairs, weird smells, noise. The water pressure was strong.
There was no parking so I had to go and find open parking in the surrounding hotel.
When I went to go to bed I pulled back the sheets and there was a bug crawling around and half the bed was covered in black droppings , I looked in the pillows and there were dead bugs and the same black droppings. I called the front desk and because it was so late house keeping available so he came and brought me new sheets. I had to ask him to help me out then in because I was so exhausted and I had a state board exam the next morning so I could barley help put the covers on.
If it wasn’t so late I would of switched rooms but at that time it was 130 am and I had to leave at super early the next morning.
Nice suites but no amenities with the hotel. More appropriate for short stay apartments than one night hotel staff. Staff checked us in under the wrong name and was not courteous about the error. No breakfast or pool, many other nice hotel options nearby.
Horrible. They gave our room away. Booked over 8 hours in advance even when i had a confirmation number. Outrageous. The place looked like a dump. I would never stay there. If you book that hotel, be advised you might not really be booking anything because they do not care about confirmations
I like that it was in a quiet but convenient area. A lot of amenities close by. Not far from the airport or anything. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was super nice and offered free DVDs to watch in the room check in and check out was smooth
I am sorry to hear your Suite was noisy. If there is every a time you are not completely happy with your Suite. Please let any team member know. "We've got your back" and will make it right
