Property inside had an smell. Required a $100 security deposit on a prepaid reservation. Breakfast was very average. Hot water in bathtub was difficult to adjust and not very hot.

Didn't have anything spectacular but room was clean and quiet. Maybe updat furniture and door stops. The door stops were rusty

The bed mattress was worn out and extremely hard to sleep on. We asked the manager to change the mattress but all they did was flip it. Our second night was just as uncomfortable as the mattress was worse than terrible.

Overall it was good. some of the hotel was outdated but it was clean. It wasn’t noisy. Bed was comfy. The price was good.

Ms AllenIt is a shame that you refuse to post what went on. But I will POST THE CORRECT INFORMATION!!!When you checked in you mentioned that the hot tub was not working. When you came to check out, I ask you what was wrong with the hot tub, and your response was, it don't matter as you just wanted your deposit back so you can have a nice day. I asked someone to check the room for smoke/damages. Then you started cussing and yelling at me , stating I must not like NI**** and having a bad day.I REFUSED TO CONTINUE TO SPEAK TO SUCH A RUDE PERSON. AFTER GIVING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, YOU THEN MADE THE DUMBEST MISTAKE ANS SPIT ON ME. ALL THIS WAS RECORDED ON CAMERA, AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AS THIS IS ASSULT.I hope you enjoy your visit by the authorities and trying to explain your actions.ASLO YOU CAN NO LONGER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND HAVE BEEN TRESSPASSED FROM THE PROPERTY.

I had read reviews and was unsure about my plans to stay here. I saw the negative but I had seen Tammy respond and explain the hotels stance. When I got there the hotel was clean, Tammy was friendly and accommodating. She was friendly and answered questions I had about the area. The room was clean, the bed comfy and the breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel! I travel Up a few times and year and know where I will plan to stay each time! Thank you Tammy and staff for a home away from Home.

My stay could been better, there is a young guy and older lady they were amazing at there jobs. There was one young lady that was awful to me.

First & last time at this location. Tv kept losing signal, ice bucket dirty, pop vending machine all sold out, and no towels for the Jacuzzi. Receptionist said ice machine was on the secone floor, she lied. It was a quiet stay and the Jacuzzi was beyond relaxing.

Some staff were very rude. But the main reason for the low rating is because there was no elevator and I arrived with a lot of luggage. Also, there was a lot of unsavory people around who made me feel unsafe.

The hotel was fine, clean, staff friendly. The area is not the best. Few random people just walking in the parking lot that appeared to be homeless or a little “off”.. definitely didn’t get the warm fuzzy vibes from the area the hotel is in.

Staff was nice but the room didn’t look like the pictures. The room had hole patches on the walls that wasn’t painted, sink drained really slow and the spa tub was dirty (oil floating in the water). My husband and I never stayed at a Best Western before and wasn’t happy with our first time stay. I did let the front desk know our issues with the room. Hopefully they were addressed.

The staff at checkin were particularly helpful. The room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and they were quick to move us to a similar room and apologize for the inconvenience. It was also very quiet, convenient to shopping and dining, had good amenities, including good breakfast selections.

Several rooms smell like cigarette smoke.
Went to assigned room to discover it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk only to be told by the young desk clerk, “Oh, we have a spray for that.” I explained that a spray would be no help for my asthma. A more seasoned clerk quickly intervened and assigned a new room which was better, but still smelled of smoke. Luckily third time (and last room available) was okay smoke- wise. There was a connecting to next room thru which we could hear the people talking. Overall, while hotel currently nonsmoking, smoke smells clearly not erradicated from previous smoking rooms.
