The young lady who was working the guest desk at checkin on the 24th was awesome. Her customer service was amazing and should get a raise or a bonus for sure. She was a welcoming smile after a horrible day!

Everything was great! The complimentary breakfast is good. When we had an issue with the A/C in the room. The maintenance guy and front desk was helpful and professional. Ended up having to move us rooms. We will continue to stay here when we’re in the area.

The hotel rooms were not updated. the main lamp wasn't working. Breakfast was OK, no vegetarian options. The pancake maker was out of service for 2 days out of our 3 day stay. The employees were nice and courteous but amenities were not up to date.

Vishesh,Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay and thought that our hotel was out of date. Especially since our hotel was built a little over 6 years ago. We did also want to let you know that we do in fact have a ton of vegetarian options for breakfast. We have fresh fruit, juice, oatmeal, pastries, breads, and cinnamon rolls. We also looked into the pancake machine being down during your stay and found that during the time you were with us we had no maintenance issues with the machine, and it was in use.We hope that you enjoyed that rest of your time in the Colorado Springs area & thank you again for your review!

Place was clean, neighborhood seemed safe. Room was upgraded and comfortable, best place I've stayed at in a while. The only downside was the breakfast. Sausage was overcooked and had a burnt bacon consistency, eggs were overcooked as well.

Pool and hot tub not open- would have been nice to know before I booked it. Night staff was rude and impatient but morning staff was great. Bed was nice, shower had low pressure but was big but our favorite part was the breakfast! One of the best we have ever had. Overall it was a good stay.

We were in town for a sporting event. This hotel was just perfect for location. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay very much; look forward to staying at another property in the future.

Shasta,Thak you for your review and feedback. After looking at your stay, it does appear you had a temporary hold on your card in the amount of 110. It was released at check out on our end. It can take your bank of financial institution 7-31 days to process it back to you depending on their policies and what kind of card you used.

Great Customer Service!
Everything was great. Just one thing, the walls are very thin and we could hear everything the people said next to us very early in the morning. But I don't think there is much you can do about that. Otherwise, everything was great. The person who checked us in was so friendly and informative. Kudos to her as she did a great job and it was nice having someone so friendly greet us so late at night.

The day I was leaving the property, I left my stuff in a friend's room while attending a conference. They stayed an extra night. The cleaning staff cleaned out my friend's room completely. All our stuff was at the front desk. They threw away food and drinks left in the mini-fridge and snacks in the room.

Lindsey,Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience but if a reservation is not extend before check out or the front desk notified that room is still considered a check out and will be cleaned. We will throw away any food and non personal items left behind, but if there are clothes and suitcases left in a room we definitely do not touch them and will contact the guest in that room immediately. Unfortunately in your case there were very few items left in the room, no suitcases and that room was due to check out. The few personal items were logged as lost and found and kept at the desk for safe keeping. We do apologize for any confusion or frustration you encountered but proper communication would have stopped this from happening.
