Customer service was good. The breakfast was good. The only thing was the carpet through out the hotel were very dirty and full of shoe marks even in the rooms.

This property was a health hazard. There was mold, holes in the washroom stuffed with toilet paper, stains on the sheets and blankets, dirty towels, damp carpeting, the fridge cabinet clearly had water damage and mold and dust. They proceeded to show me other rooms and they were all the same. The assistant manager Stephanie was extremely rude and not helpful at all. When I asked to check out early due to the issues she proceeded to try to charge me full price the stay and when I brought up the issues regarding the cleanliness she asked us to leave the hotel. It was a horrible experience.
