Serious issues
"I almost never do reviews but need to do this one. Property has serious septic/leach field issue and should not have been rented in this condition. Back yard was flooded with overflow and wastewater was pooled up under the back deck to the extent you could hear it gurgle when toilet was flushed. ..."
