Dear Malim Sippola ! In the future you are not welcome in our pension, the door is not open for you. After you left the room , it was needed to be disinfected, because of your dogs which were absolutely not room clean. For us your stay at the pension was a horrible experience. We also had to make some changes at our hotel policy, because normally we don't accept clients with dogs that weight more than 6 kg. We had to disinfect the room and also the corridor was very dirty. Even some of our clients have noticed that the corridor was not clean, probably because of the dogs, this is not normal at all, we need to respect each other. We are not used to clients like you , your behavior towards us was not respectful at all . Anyway I am happy because we have 1% less tourist like you ! I am sorry because I have no possibility to share some pictures of your room after you left the pension, to prove this public ! I'm sorry that I hosted you in the pension, even though you didn't announced us, that you are going to bring with you 2 dogs that by the way dirtied the pension and also the room .

Other time please read the reception hours . It is not our fault that you not read the information ! Probably you not traveled, so you never heard of it :-) The customer must comply with the rules, we do not leave our clients on the street, we inform them that the reception is until 22 o'clock
