Please understand that the charge for parking on streets were imposed by Suncadia Management. And for guests to avoid this charge, we have sent reminders that Suncadia is very strict when it comes to parking. We are also sad that you got ticketed but this is already beyond our control. We are sorry that the compensation we offered for the hot tub was not your desired amount, but we believe this is fair as we already doubled it.
