Property was functional but our sheets were dirty, they rooms were dirty and didn’t seem to be renovated at all. Even the sheets were dirty. I didn’t touch the food. There’s no elevator to the 2nd floor. The guy who checked us in was rude and rushing and not attentive when we came in and out. Our keys kept demagnetizing. I’m just disappointed by the overall experience. Stay elsewhere if you can.

Quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Needed to stay a couple more nights, and this was super easy to do. Check-in/check-out was very easy as well.

For a smaller hotel, this one wasn't bad. Our room was clean, but the biggest downfall we encountered was the breakfast accommodations. The french toast sticks were a plus, but they were added to the hot bar frozen. I had to heat them up on a styrofoam plate in the microwave. I also took a drink of my daughter's milk and it tasted spoiled. Aside from the breakfast, we had a good stay.

This place is great! I didn’t expect all the nice extras in the room either. The woman at the front desk was so kind and patient with me. I will stay here again in the future for sure!

The staff was great. Very respectful. & if you’re wondering about the quality of everything, it is all perfect. For the price, you can’t beat it. I felt as if I was staying in a 3 or 4 star hotel. The TVs are also smart TVs so you don’t need a device to plug up. It’s great. Hope this review helps!

Watched front office tell elderly couple they wouldn't give them a ground floor room,then didn't offer to help with luggage..... really? You are the owner they pay your bills and you won't even offer to carry an overnight bag up a flight of stairs???? In our room we found old soap on top of the tub surround, the baseboards had grime caked on top of them, trash left on top of the microwave..... it was late when we arrived or i would have liked elsewhere..... I guess for the money it was okay. Just check your room before you pay.

Really comfortable and clean. The front desk is really helpful. Ryan is always quick to make sure everything thing is okay and does what he can to fix any issues.

The manager knocked on my door at 9:30 PM to accuse jus of smoking in the room. Said housekeeping says it smelled like it, but of course it smelled like it we both smoke. Having to go outside we sat in the truck so I'm sure our clothes smelled like smoke! Needless to say housekeeping stopped taking care of our room after that. The manager also hung around the hall way like a creep asking me several times to extend my stay.

The room wasn’t cleaned well, nor was the bathroom. There were beard trimmings all around the sink and dried liquid of some kind on the mirror. There was also dried some on the tv. The bed was excellent and the service was great.

The hotel was a great value. Only thing I would say was wrong they forgot to clean room twice. But after brought to there attention it was corrected. We would definetely stay again, family in area

Very nice hotel for a quick overnight stop while traveling. It seemed like a brand new building right off the highway - but no highway noise. Restaurants close by. Room was spacious and clean. Decent hotel style breakfast. Employees were very friendly.

Microtel has become a run-of-the-mill hotel that is neither good nor bad. It's ok for a one-night stay, but not worth the value for longer stays.

We booked one night to get some rest and see family. The guy at the front desk wanted us to stay another night but we needed to move on. We decided to after we meet up with famiily and called to see if they had open rooms they have us a room and a deal we were very grateful. The staff is so amazinly sweet the rooms were very clean and the area was pretty safe. There is a police department right there and they randomly walk the property so it makes it even safer. Its right off the hwy close to food and gas. I highly recommend them if you need a good place to stay.

The staff was excellent. Arriving early Ryan went to work to make sure I got to sign in early. The lady who took his place was just as helpful to see that my stay was great.

Mr. Jon,please call the hotel so we could clear any confusion about your charge. I do not see any charge that was fraudulently charged to your credit card. we have just charge your card for room and tax only. There was no charge for 1545.46.
