This Hotel is nice and clean. The young lady that checked us in that night was very friendly and accommodating as well as the lovely lady that checked us out. All smiles and nothing but their warm personality. Our room was spacious and clean, smells good. Nice bathroom with strong water pressure as well as clean towels and sheets. Sofa showed some wear and tear but thats normal with any hotel/motel businesses. This Hotel offers quick breakfast from 6am - 9am. They have an ice machine as well plus laundry area. This Hotel is fair in accommodating SERVICE ANIMALS and does not discriminate customers with disabilities. However, regular Pets are not permitted in this establishment. So please kindly respect the Hotel's policy regarding pets versus legitimate service animals. Obviously a legitimate service animal does not bark all night, jump on people or strangers, bite humans or other animals, as well as show agression with other animals. Service dogs are there to provide the owner certain tasks to add special ease/comfort and support whenever a special task is needed. I hate it when people with no disabilities brings their pets and then behaves inappropriately, barks all night long or shows aggression to other people or goes after the legitimate service animals. We experienced a great night at this hotel. Being respectful with your room with any of the hotels that you stay at goes along way. We love to travel and wouldn't mind staying at Belmont again.

Our room was perfect for an overnight stay while on a road trip. While it was neat and very clean, the couch was worn and frayed. The bathroom was large and spacious. The oversized handicapped-accessible shower is equipped with several safety features. The bed was extra comfortable and we were able to get a restful sleep before continuing on our road trip.

The staff was excellent. Other than needing some refurbishing (porcelain in the sink and tub was cracked and things seemed a little worn) everything was very comfortable. I loved having a tub instead of just a shower. I didn't use the pool or the workout room etc. but everything was there and available.

Friendly staff and adequate room. Electricity went out for a few hours due to a storm but they had no control over that. Solid breakfast. The front desk staff gave me tips about the local area.

We were woken up at 3am by the fire alarm going off in the room. The employee came by and asked what was going on, I said you tell me, is there a fire somewhere? He went and checked and turned off the alarm. No heat was detected. After it was turned off, another 15 mins later it was going off again then it was shut off then continued to go on and off another few times. The fire department was not called. He said I can put you in another room but by that time I felt unsafe and wasn’t going to take any chances. I ended up have to leave at 3:20 am. They didn’t not give me a refund due to booking through Expedia online. It was not a very good experience but I am safe. I truly hope it was a malfunction and everyone else taking there is safe.
