Property is extremely dated. Our room had dried paint drips on the kitchen flooring, the kitchen sink faucet had little to no water pressure, the coffee maker was equipped with coffee but no cups, and the couch looked like it had seen its share of prom goers from the 1990’s. Even though the room was technically clean, it looked dingy and dirty.

Was found not to be very clean, starting with the couch in our room, which was totally unacceptable. It was not ergonomically suitable for the elderly. We were there for two nights and never used it for two reasons, dirty and not at all suitable for sitting. The staff were very nice!

The property is right next to the highway and has no insulation for outdoor noise or noise from guests above. It was a sleepless night and we had had enough and left the property at 4am. Not recommended to keep this hotel on Expedia

Property is under construction. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are uncomfortable and there wasn’t any hot water.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the hotel while we are not sure why you didn't have hot water and hopefully told the front desk for we have brand new water heaters. We do not usually get complains about our bed or pillows, I am sure you are not used to them But again we are sorry.

About 830pm a heavy pot smell I assume from either the hallway or another room found it's way into my room. It dissipated within the hour. Having grown up as a teenager in late 60's and early 70's I'm familiar with the smell. It's no major problem with me but if the room smells this way I'll decline to stay there. I'd be the same if it smells like an old bar.

Thank you for your review and we searched and found your room and date to figure out who and where it was we do not allow any smoking or vaping in our building even if it is legal. We have smoking area outside just for that. We are a smoke free work place too. We are deeply sorry.

Everything about the hotel was great until the last night when the elevator broke. Otherwise, I would be happy to stay there again.

Minor inconveniences but still my go to hotel
I generally stay at this hotel at least once or twice a year when visiting family nearby, and I've seen it go through many changes in the last decade or so. It has definitely improved many aspects that were slipping, and the friendly service has usually made up for any inconveniences in the process. It seems each room has its issues, and this time it was the shower door in rm 307 that would roll back open--hard to shower with one foot holding a door in place. It was mentioned to the front desk but nothing was done before the next day's shower. The heat in that room was also hard to regulate, though no issues in other rooms I've stayed in here. Still, the convenience and quality for the price keep me coming back.

The door could not be fixed while someone is occupying the room we have to take them off and try to adjust them and we do apologize for the heat and have been going into all the rooms to make sure they are all working. We like the size and amenities in our room. It has a queen-sized bed, desk and chair, kitchenette, couch and coffee table, and two chests of drawers. It has a shower (no tub), and a big bright mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a sink. Another amenity is the complimentary breakfast with hot foods as well as other customary breakfast items. We were very impressed and feel is is a good value.

Very close to the Kenwood Mall which is very nice and moderately upscale. Stayed overnight for a weekend Christmas shopping since there are many shopping choices in the area and we live 2 hours away. The king suite was very spacious, bed was comfortable and bath and shower area I think outstanding for the price point. The breakfast wasn't bad either with plenty of choices as well.

Breakfast quality awful. Coffee machine coffee terrible. No cleaning of rooms without customer request is great for corporate profit, sometimes good for environment, but not great for a hotel with higher aspirations.

We are deeply sorry you were not happy with the breakfast for it is the same all over. The nescafe machine is new. And the request to clean rooms has nothing to do with profit but does have in finding people who want jobs.

Arrived Wednesday and room wasn't cleaned or sheets changed for six days! Despite my daily requests to clean the room and give me towels my requests were ignored. At checkout they said they'd comp one night for my trouble, but no-they lied again and I paid full price for a dirty hot mess. Stay away it's not what it used to be!!!

Thank you for your review but if you would call the hotel and realized you were a no show and you were refunded the full amount not the 1 night room and tax you should have paid which was a total of 251.43. We are sorry that you felt you had a bad experience for you had 4 reservations and only cancelled two.
