Clean, modern hotel with great staff who were friendly and more than accomodating at all times. However, I was quite surprised at having to pay $30 for onsite parking, especially as I didn't see this anywhere on the website.

Quiet; a stone's throw from the sprawling Hagley Park and incredible botanical gardens; very convenient to cheap, easy, efficient public transportation, which I used to great effect. Accommodations themselves were very pleasant, staff welcoming and helpful. Dug it.

It was an excellent day. The staff was great. Location was perfect for walking distance into the center of town. Buffet breakfast was very good. I wish they would’ve included omelettes in part of the buffet, if requested by a client, but other than that who was great. Who was very nice cleaning and everything about the hotel hundred hundred percent five star Thanks for a great memories to stay Robert

A fantastic hotel - very new and spotless. The staff were great. I was here to watch the cricket and it is an easy walk to the ground from here - about a 25 walk. The casino is a 5 minute walk away which has great food options. Great hotel - look forward to returning soon
