The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic experience.We got a free upgrade to the deluxe room with a bigger bed and nicer washroom.There is no elevator but dont worry they will bring your bags up for you again thank you so much we had a faboulous time when we go back to Chiang Mei we will def stay there again.😁 Geoff and Denise from Canada

Very Friendly Staff , even upgraded our room for us. We booked another night. Room was very nice . They cleaned the room while we ate breakfast even held bags while we went to see elephants .

It was wonderful. The room was beautiful, staff is so friendly and helpful, they even picked up our laundry for us while we were out. The entrance is super nice, you walk over a koi pond. And great location in the center of Chiang Mai. Would stay here again happily!

Amazing staff and services. Only downfall was we could not shower for two days due to freezing cold water, even when we got up at 7am and past midnight, still cold. Was hot 1 day of 3.

Hotel was Excellent. Beds were comfortable. Staff was the best. Rooms were spacious. Best location in chiang mai. Will stay here as often as I can. Pool was clean and refreshing. 10 out of 10.

Cheap but not the best
It wasn’t a great experience for us. The floors are concrete. The shower and toilet are one big room with no partition, so everything got wet whenever someone showered. This isn’t the best place for a family especially with young children. The staff didn’t speak English, so it was hard to communicate with them. The hotel was very cheap, and it had the basic amenities.

Only stay here if you are familiar with Chiang Mai and completely self sufficient. Do not expect any customer service. The rooms are basic but modern and were fine, but the property itself and the staff leave a lot to be desired. We had a total of 3 rooms. One of the rooms had a non working safe. One of the other rooms had minimal water pressure in the shower and sink. First, be aware that there is no elevator on the property. You will be hauling your suitcases up and down the stairs yourself. They do not help. The staff is completely unaware and unprepared. Nobody understands any English, which can be overlooked, but even when we used Google translate to ask simple questions, they had no answers. For example, we asked what restaurants were recommended in the area to which we were told to just go walk around. When they told us there was no food at the hotel or on property, we asked where to get breakfast and they shrugged their shoulders. We asked about getting to the Sticky Waterfalls, an arguably significant tourist attraction, and they had no idea what it was or how to get there. We asked about towels to take to the waterfalls and were told no. We asked about other options like renting towels and were told that we just can't take hotel towels, but no attempt at helping us find a solution. It's fine to not speak a language, but if you're going to run a hotel, at least offer resources for your guests. There are many hotels to choose from in the area. Look elsewhere.

This was such a great stay! The staff were all so lovely and helpful and the area is quiet but close to everything we needed to get to. The room was also stunning and spacious and very clean.

Location is great! Right next to the location of the Sunday Night Market and minutes from numerous temples. On a side street away from the main roads, so very quiet (day and night). We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious for my family of 4. The beds were super comfy and the rooms themselves were new and modern. The a/c worked wonders in the heat and my kids took full advantage of the swimming pool downstairs. The M5 Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating to all our family needs. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Very friendly and attentive staff! We stayed here for 4 nights and the intimate, smaller boutique hotel vibe was amazing! Breakfast was held at a cafe next door which was yummy! Every time we left the room and came back our room was magically cleaned again! Sometimes several times a day! The staff were always polite and welcoming and assisted us with transportation or providing recommendations for food and activities nearby. We would love to stay here again! Thank you M5 for a wonderful stay!

Great location and wonderful staff. Only thing I did not like was that the toilet is open and directly behind the bed… this was not clear to me in the pictures when I booked and was a bit more intimate than I would have liked.

地點在熱鬧街道的後方，不算很吵（耳塞沒用上），走路一分鐘就有7-11，非常方便。 提供的設備非常齊全，床鋪軟硬適中，裝潢氣氛讓人放鬆，服務人員都親切且面帶笑容，十分樂意幫忙解決問題。喜歡乳液的薑汁香茅氣味。 我們住的四人房廁所鏡子後面不時會漏水，沒辦法立刻修理，於是用毛巾墊著，不然地板會濕大半。 建議請服務人員天天噴驅蟲藥，否則房間蚊蟲會多到睡不著覺。

Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstrasse, kein eigener Parkplatz! Fussläufig zu Restaurant und Bars und Foodmarkt Lanna Square. Modernes Zimmer ,wenig Ablagefläche ,modernes Bad, Dusche gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kein Frühstück.

離塔佩門很近，步行約7分鐘。飯店位處巷子內，很安靜，走出去就有很多BAR可以坐。位置超級理想。但就淋浴的水壓太少熱水不穩定水量小這個問題而已。

Attention travaux en face de l'hotel ! Pelleteuse tout les jours Dimanche y compris ! Génial le matin tres tôt... Ou encore l'equipe de jardinage qui dort sur les transat piscine entre midi et deux ou a meme le sol dans l escalier. Incroyable. Sinon chambre sympa. Propre.
