Hotel facility and area are very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggestions 1)Shower curtain is too high and causes water flow into dry area. 2)Signage to reach out hotel is not clear. 3)Water for showering should come out in higher pressure than current condition.

Great staff, large rooms, free light breakfast. There are loud roosters that live in a house next-door to the hotel, and can get loud in the morning. I don’t think there’s much the hotel can do about it, but did want to mention that.

it looked like hotel in university for faculty of hotel services. Staff is not much professional as normal hotel. breakfast is included in hotel price but you cannot choose it due to only 1 menu for guess. I got pork leg with rice (Thai style). So, it will be trouble with Islamic guess. Street to the hotel is very narrow. This hotel is very close to Phra Tat Doi Suthep and Chiang Mai University , this is an advantage

Get Zleep
We did extensive research before we booked this room for 2 days and were very pleased with the experience. Room was big, clean, great view from our unit on the 6th floor, breakfast had eggs so not just carbs. We had a scooter so getting places was easy. A night market was close and the Maya Mall was not far and they have everything. The hotel helped us rent the scooter and allowed us to keep our bags there for a late flight. The hotel is on the campus of a major university so there were students about which was fun. Good WiFi too!! Bottom line great value for money and we would recommend it. FYI my wife and I are in our middle 60's as a perspective for this review.

Super quiet
The only thing "budget" was the price. Great staff starting with the front desk. With early arrival, they kept our bags behind the desk and ordered some scooter rentals. In the mornings, staff had delicious breakfast waiting. Only a 5 min walk to the main road but that's why there is no noise. 5 more min to a great night market.

The hotel is next to a uni building ! The undergrads are extremely noisy all day and may last til midnight or even later when they have uni activity. Other than about the nuisance, the hotel is clean, facilities are good and staffs are service minded

I loved it!had a really comfortable stay and the receptionist answered all my questions very patiently. It's located within a university campus and near doi suthep and buping palace, so highly recommend if you are thinking of visiting these places as well

Good, but could be excellent easily
Decided to stay near the CMU campus at Zleep this time. Hotel is on a small side road that is a bit narrow for walking, but in a relatively quiet and safe area. The hotel is in good condition and an excellent value for the money. Service was very good - any requests we had were quickly handled. The room was large, had a fridge, and the restroom large, clean, and functional. On the downside - the mattress was hard as a rock and the free breakfast isn't worth waking up for a kettle, instant coffee with some fresh fruit would be a huge improvement over what is offered (the bar is low). Still we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if they had a softer mattress.

So-so Hotel
Experienced was average only bad thing was toilet was choked twice and power was out for quite sometime but luckily it did not really affect me. English speaking staff is very helpful and friendly. Convenience store is just downstairs but need to walk about 8 mins to 7-11 if it's close

Clean and spacious hotel with good customer service. Hotel has a laundry room which was very convenient. We booked a room for three which included a fee for an extra person, however we were charged additional 300 BHT by staff for a cod bed. Every other hotel had an additional bed ready upon arrival without additional charges. I am not sure if this is a hotel policy, or staff is making some extra money. No receipt was provided.

Nice comfortable place to stay
Cozy convenient place, I had a good sleep. very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities appropriate to the price. Beds are made up nicely. The only work needed is the bathroom ventilation, and maid service should provide complete amenities, water and better bathroom cleaning. Overall I am very happy with the stay at this place.

It's really better than my expectation.
At first, I expected this hotel just for sleep because I had rush schedule for my business. After spending a night here, I can totally say that this place is really value for the money I spent. All staff are really nice and helpful. My hotel room is so big and well modern decorated. I really love the bed sheets and duvets, they are comfy and better than I expected from its budget hotel's room rate. I love complimentary breakfast, it's not a big meal but it's enough for rush travelers. The location is inside the university, it could be a little bit far from the main road but if you come to Chiang Mai, you are normally need to rent a car because there is not a good public transport and tourist attractions are quite far from each point. So, in my opinion, the location is not a problem but unique and calm. I recommend this hotel.

First and biggest issue, if you are visitor of Chiang Mai, this place is way to far from everything you want to see in Chiang Mai. For the same price you can easily find MANY hotels in or near the city center, the night bazaar etc. Even with my motorbike it took everytime 20 minutes to go somewhere I want to see. Also, the room was not that clean. I think you can find much nicer hotel in much nicer area for the same price

깔끔한 호스텔
개인실 묵었는데 방이랑 화장실 등 시설이 굉장히 깔끔해서 만족합니다 매일 청소하시는것 같았고 공용공간이 넓어서 좋았어요. 다만 3층에 바가있어서 10-12시까지는 시끄러울 수 있어서 예민하신 분들은 고민 해 보시길 바랍니다. 저는 늦게 자는 편이라 방에서 노래소리 들리니 좋았어요. 처음에는 몰라서 못갔고 한번은 문 잠궈놓고 연습하는것같아서 못가봐서 음식이나 술 맛은 모르겠습니다. 저렴한 숙소 위주로 다니는터라 지냈던 곳 중에는 여기가 제일 만족스러웠어요.

乾淨舒適的好飯店
雖然距離古城區較遠，但我們有租機車倒是不成問題。這個價位能夠享有這樣的舒適房間還附贈早餐，實在太推薦了！
