I liked that it was newly renovated (per my brother). It was quiet (except for cicadas LOL). My sleep was amazing. I would most definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga. My brother was only 10 minutes away, so that made it convenient for him to pick me up during my visit.

Just stayed over the weekend and the room was great. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Room was very clean and new feeling. Only 2 critiques are: need a low pressure shower head as the pressure isn't the best. Hot water is great so no worries there though. Second would love if they put some room darkening drapes on the windows. There are blinds but they still let in quite a bit of light from the street lights right outside. Property is as others have described outside of the rooms/buildings which are great. We would definitely stay there again as the location is great and felt the price was good for what it was.

Well designed And a lot of creativity packed into a small space. Unfortunately, the room was musty and the air conditioner pumping out a sour, mildew smell. They offered to move us to another room, but we chose to leave. The property could be a lot more inviting with some outside landscaping.

The location was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. They stayed in contact with me throughout the visit to make sure we didn't need anything and that we were satisfied and asked for feedback throughout the visit just to ensure they were doing a good job. It was extremely clean, SUPER nice on the inside, and very VERY close to anything and everything worth doing. If my wife and I come back we will definitely stay again!

We stayed in the Evan’s room for 4 nights. Very clean and updated, just as shown in the picture. The upgraded bed was amazing. I have difficulty with hard hotel beds and this was a welcome luxury. The road noise was noticeable but we quickly got over that, wasn’t a big deal. Super convenient to many excursions.

I like the neat condition and cleanliness! I never saw the staff because you get a code to enter your room and then you check out through the link provided on your phone too. It is too close to the road, so if you don't like to hear the traffic, this would not be the place.

Best value in Chattanooga! I travel throughout the US for work and this is a good property for several reasons. First, it’s affordable and in a location convenient to downtown and to Ruby Falls. Next, it’s small and cozy, though the outside of this property isn’t much to look at, the inside is very nice and looks to be recently renovated. Moreover, the shower has good strength and plenty of hot water. Here are the drawbacks: the room never got very cold. When I sleep I need it cold and the window unit just didn’t get the room very cold. The AC unit works fine but the room just didn’t stay very cool. It does have a good ceiling fan though which helps. Next, the bed wasn’t too comfortable. This is a personal preference but I prefer a firm mattress. This bed was just a bit too soft for my taste. If you need a kitchen, this isn’t the place. It has a very limited kitchenette. Lastly, this place is in a great location but it’s positioned very close to a major highway. The automobile noise is quite intense but, surprisingly, you barely hear it once inside the room. I do recommend this place. It has a few drawbacks but it has more good qualities than bad… and it’s very affordable.

Inside of the property was impeccable Outside was very tired and the views shown in pictures was misleading. The staff I encountered via phone/text was great and very prompt…. Parking lot would have been ok if another guest hadn’t parked his U-Haul trailer in such a way that I could barely get out. The door with keypad entry randomly unlocked twice in the middle of the night. I did not feel entirely safe after that

Fantastic stay. Clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of towels. Spacious. ( Turning in and out was a little difficult due to it being on a curve in the road but overall it was a really nice experience.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very updated, clean, and convenient. Only thing is if you are sensitive to road noise, you may want to bring earplugs. Even with the road noise, this is an awesome place to stay.

Neighbors parked in drive, which meant you had to pull out of parking lot at the curve. Made it dangerous as cars were coming around it.

We had a fantastic stay here while in town for a climbing trip! Impeccably clean, looks exactly like the pictures, easy check-in process and clear instructions, great communication before and during our stay. Bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Very easily accessible to downtown Chattanooga by car. Only drawback is that it’s right next to a busy road and there is very little protection from the noise, but it didn’t bother us too much. One suggestion would be to add decaf coffee to the available selection. We loved it here and will definitely be back!

Very clean, large comfy beds, extremely easy process for check in/ check out, nice appliances, easy access to wifi, location to downtown/scenic activities was good (can drive or Uber easily). Only complaint was being right off the road, so the sound of the cars sometimes but over all I didn’t really notice them. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried that it would be too small for a big guy like me 6’2” 275lb, but I had no problems. The shower is a little small but that was to be expected. The placement of the TP is the only thing I’d suggest moving. Also, I’d consider less breakable decorations on the shelves. With it being a small, cozy room, we need shelf space, so when moving one of the decorations, I accidentally broke a ceramic bird. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the room and bed were very comfortable.

I thought The Lodge was a great, inexpensive option that was well located. The room was cute and very small, but that was ok. I wish there had been a couple more conveniences- a larger bathroom sink counter or table next to it for placing toiletries and a luggage rack to hold a suitcase or bag. Storage options were minimal. As some reviews have noted, the road is loud and well traveled, but I didn't notice it much at night. There was also a white noise machine in the room which is a great touch. Overall I would stay again.

The room was very nice. Good value. Definitely close to attractions like Ruby Falls. The only complaint we would have is loudness of room heater. A printed map of local amenities like grocery stores would have been appreciated

Comfort at it's finest
Before we arrived we got a text letting us know if there was anything we needed to not hesitate, once there we were delighted to find comfortable beds, clean room, fully stocked toiletries and super comfortable setting. This location is super convenient to Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Incline Railway, Ruby Falls, restaurants and shopping. I knew if there was anything I needed it was a text away but I never had to text because everything was there already. Highly recommend for all travelers, and will be using them again in the future!!

Roadside Upgrade
My husband and I prefer roadside motels for lots of reasons, but they usually have some age to them that is showing. This was a happy surprise to find all the upgrades they have done. Yes the room is small yes you can hear the traffic going by we expect this. The perks to being so close to everything but not being in downtown or an overcrowded multi level hotel with all the noise and foot traffic is what we prefer and we were not let down. Lots of beautiful space in the backyard away from the road to walk and play with our 4 legged baby, we will definitely stay here again.

A nice humble abode honestly. Love that the place is near Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain and downtown is not a long drive. Me and my boyfriend had a great time here. And we have plans to come back in the future.
