Had a great experience at the hotel. Will be returning in the future! Friendly staff, clean, beds were nice, breakfast was good, and pool was great! Overall had a good experience!

Very nice hotel with no problems or issues. We chose to stay near Lookout Mountain in order to visit Rock City Gardens and Ruby Falls. Downtown was within easy driving distance.

This is a nice hotel way up on a hill…..with a neat pool and area to hang out with a gas fire. Nice breakfast and eating area for a quick morning meal. Room was nice and clean.

Trucks going into the gas station at the bottom of the hill were constantly blocking the access road to this hotel.

Property was ok. Breakfast was awful. The eggs and sausage looked and tasted bad. We just tried it and had to throw it out. We decided to eat the bagels and waffles. Which was not the healthiest choicest. The room had a musky smell. There was mold in the bathroom and the door had water damage at the bottom, really bad. The beds were very uncomfortable, I probably slept about 3 hrs max. The sheet did not feel fresh. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice staff, horrible hotel. Will not be staying at a Hampton inn ever again.

The Hampton Inn was fine. Room was typical room and clean. Coffee was available all the time. We went to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain which were close. A shuttle to downtown would be nice. It is very congested and parking is expensive if even available. The best thing was the breakfast. It was excellent! Have to admit if I visit again I would stay downtown.

Beds were cheap. Metal springs squeaked and squawked when we sat or lay on the bed let alone roll around. Changed to different room and they were no better. Husband had to shove some towels between bed springs and mattress. Clerk seemed perturbed when I asked to move the first time.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Parking lot wasn't the most accessible for walkers and wheelchairs. Two handicap spaces (occupied 24/7) and 4 Hilton member spaces (empty 24/7). Large portion of lot was divided by a strange decorative rocky bed. Just a hassle. Fire alarm went off randomly at 4 am on our last day there. Staff was fine but not overly friendly. Location was good - across from Walmart and down from several family restaurants.

Right off the highway!
Staff was extremely kind. The TV was not working when we got to our room, and within minutes the clerk on duty was in our room and fixed it for us. Loved the toiletries provided in the large bathroom, as they were not so toxic as most other hotels. The water pressure was great as well. Room had all amenities one would need. Breakfast was very good as well with such a variety of choices. We would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Nice quiet stay
Fast check in, night guy at desk made coffee an hour earlier than usual because I was up early asking when they would have it ready. Breakfast was good too. This was at least our 3rd stay here and there is a reason for it.

Staff was very friendly. Kindly answered multiple questions over our 3 day stay. One staff member saw me stopped in driveway where I was checking my GPS. She stopped her car to ask if we were ok. I was impressed with her level of consideration. Hotel is clean and quiet.
