The boutique feel, rooms are very nice , like the tub and Shower in the room Pleasant soft music in the rooms And how the hotel has a nice scent throughout :) And having Sophie’s lounge downstairs was nice for breakfast :)

This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible! The hotel was clean and the atmosphere was just amazing. The Sophia’s Lounge is a must go to.

This hotel is stunning! It's very clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, well-maintained, well-stocked wet bar. Of course you have to pay for the wet bar options, but the options are plentiful. The shower was small for my husband, but he's big guy. Easy check in and check out processes. Limited dining options within the hotel, but plenty of options nearby. Parking isn't convenient, but to be expected in that area.

The Ivey's is top notch. My husband and I had a wonderful few days here. I would say this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The courteous staff, the decor and attention to detail is like no other. You will not be disappointed here! 5 stars and we can't wait to come back again.!

Everything was Excellent! Loved the architecture and design of everything. Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff that was on point in every aspect. Very clean and comfortable bed and room.

The only negative thing was the strong smell of curry in the lobby area

What a beautiful boutique hotel! The rooms are gorgeous & spacious with lovely furnishings. The beds are very comfortable with lovely bedding. The hotel itself has a beautiful interior & a wonderful staff! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Charlotte!

My significant other and I had a great stay. Guest services accommodated me with last minute requests and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a lot of night noise from the street however I understand it came along with the location of the room. I look forward to my next stay there

We enjoyed our stay. That said, check in and check out times at 4pm and 11am are not ideal. For the price, I would expect parking to at least be validated. Only option was valet for $45 a night or parking deck that had very small spots across the street. Tough to find parking during events. Decoration and rooms are very nice.

The elevator was extremely slow. The VIP champagne was half of a bottle but a nice gesture nonetheless. Had a late checkout and the housekeeper clearly didn’t know and knocked continuously then forced her way into the room. The other staff were very nice and welcoming.
