Quiet street with covered front porch to sit and watch the groundhogs and rabbits in the field across the street as well as a big backyard to sit around the table and eat or just relax with a glass of wine around the fire pit. Only 5 short blocks to center of Kannapolis, baseball stadium, research center, brewery, Irish Pub, restaurants, shopping, Gem movie theater, Village Park and beautiful greenways. Come enjoy all that Kannapolis has to offer! The station is only 1 stop here from Charlotte. Concord is a short 10 minute drive. Spacious fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room for streaming your favorite movies. Fully equipped with everything as if you were right at home including a home office space. A Very Nice Place to Stay
My wife and I stayed at this property while we were visiting Kannapolis to attend graduation ceremonies at UNC Charlotte. Proximity to Charlotte is good. Location within Kannapolis is great. The property is located near Downtown Kannapolis which has been transformed into a very attractive town center with boutique type shopping and a variety of restaurants and other attractions. Easily within walking distance. The unit is clean, updated and very attractive inside and out. Danielle is a wonderful host and very responsive to all my inquiries. I would very much recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the area!

This home has been remodeled perfectly! Very clean and spacious. New appliances and TV. Beds were comfortable. We took a few long walks and felt very safe. Lots of song birds around the home. Manager was attentive to our needs. We will definitely look for this property when we come back to the Charlotte/Concord area.

Lovely little cottage
This place was a perfect getaway weekend for my boyfriend and I. This is the second time we've stayed here. Everything was perfect! The house is spotless and has all the amenities that's needed. The owner has gone above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend you staying in this beautiful, quiet home 2 minutes from downtown Kannapolis- if you choose to venture out to breweries or restaurants.

Great location and place
The Vrbo was perfect for a family or weekend getaway. The host, Danielle is very accommodating and responsive. She thought of everything to make our stay great even dropping off a few Christmas trees to make it festive. We will definitely be back!
