“Good for Business”

Was there to teach a class. Company and Hotel management had arranged a room that was FAR too small for the number of students. Staff was most helpful in correcting the issue.

“Very nice. . .loved the cookies!”

We were at the Doubletree Charlotte Airport for a weekend on business. The hotel was very well cared for, the conference rooms were very comfortable and the bed was wonderful. As my daughter noticed....the hair dryer wasn't even nailed down, she said "This must be a nice hotel!" We were very comfortable and after a long day getting to Charlotte on Friday, the warm chocolate chip cookie was a much needed welcome.

“Great place to stay”

The rooms and the hotel were clean and well maintained. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the toiletries that they provide are great (Noxema products). This makes the second time I have stayed there, and have been very satisfied both times. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Very nice”

Impressed with the cleanliness and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Used room service and it was very reasonably priced and the service was excellent. Had breakfast buffet in the restaurant, it was very good, great selection and again the staff was great.

“Great hotel”

Went with 3 persons booked four would have been fine. Great room much better than reviews. Did go for races rates were out standing and rooms were well above standard. Hilton quility. Would be happy to book again and certainly would recommend. Thanks.

“great hotel in charlotte,nc”

our stay was very enjoyable. we especially enjoyed room service,they were quick and very polite. I would have like to have queen beds instead of doubles,since it made it uncomfortable for two people. the cookies upon our arrival were great and delicious.

“Excellent Service”

Upon our late night arrival, the courtesy van driver and the front desk staff were pleasant and accomodating. Our check in was quick and our room was top notch. Even though we only stayed one night, I would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for lodging near the airport.
