The location is fine for people passing through on the interstate, but it seems overpriced for the quality. -- The bed was too hard for me. -- The shower did not work. -- The breakfast was the same fare offered in less expensive hotels (scrambled eggs, waffles, and other such unhealthy fare). If the experience had been pleasant, I would have stayed there again on my return trip. But overall it was disappointing.

We had roaches in our room and when we told the front desk they offered to move us to the room next door. They didn’t seem to care they had roaches!

The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent Traffic noise from I79 was a bit bothersome as the off ramp was right beside the hotel. However this did make it convenient.

Super people.
Everyone at this hotel was super professional. Amy at check in was above amazing though. She was terrific for our check in but later I overheard her checking in another customer and I was impressed with the patience and care she took to make sure they were comfortable and had their needs met. It’s not the fanciest place but you’d be hard pressed to find better customer service anywhere. Also the Xmas tree in the lobby is gorgeous.

Welcoming staff at front desk when I checked in. They explained where amenities were located such the coffee station, cookies and popcorn. And where the breakfast buffet was each morning. I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Clean with accommodating staff
Great place to stop for the night when driving from South Carolina to Michigan. It was very clean, quiet, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. They had hot breakfast, plus 24/7 popcorn and coffee available. Bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows. Definitely will stay here again when traveling back and forth between states.
