Some things were a bit dirty the AC had a lot of dust. We were in a non smoking room but the rook underneath was a smoking room so we smelled cigarettes. The sheets did have a stain as well. Everything else was fine and what we expected. A basic place to stay.

Lowest cost on the area. Perhaps more functional than glamorous but when you simply need a place to layover, this place is good for that.

Only thing i didnt like is when i called front to be connected to a room they wouldn't transfer me to my sisters room without the room #. That wasn't right.

It was perfect for our three day two night stay. It was clean. The heat worked great. The only complaint was that the bathroom is really small so if you are not a small person, it's a little uncomfortable. Also, they need better towels. The towels lefts fuzz all over us after drying ourselves. Everything else was great including the staff.

It was only one night, so can’t complain too much. Shower had mildew and room had an odor. I only stayed in room for total of 7 hours. It was NYE, cheapest can find .

The price was great, and I appreciate that dogs stay free. I didn't get a chance to use the shower, but I couldn't get any hot water at the bathroom sink. There were also beetles(?) and a bunch of (what appeared to be) baby cockroaches crawling all over my dog's food bowl in the morning.

Not happy anymore!
I have stayed here many times over several years attending weekend racing events at Summit Point Raceway primarily due to its lower than average rates. I always found it to be adequate and always gave very good reviews. The staff was/is awesome as usual and still is. However, this time was different. Maybe because I had more idle time and noticed more, but the room I was given was not nearly as clean and in as good a condition as the one I stayed at in September of this year or from previous stays. Although it looked nice upon entry, it was not as clean deep down. The bathroom/sink fixtures were corroded and stained although they worked fine. The tub/shower enclosure was very stained/scummy as was the bottom of the shower curtain. There was several strands of other peoples hair on the shower walls, the bath mat appeared washed but was stained as if someone wiped their rubber soled boots on it. The vent fan cover in the shower was caked with lint and dust. Dirt and grime was built up along the floor trim corners, etc. On the outside, I noticed rust eating away at the stairs, treads and railings, and the balcony safety rails in some areas were rusted all the way through. I did not take pictures, although I thought about it, nor did I complain to the staff about any of this as I just decided I would move on to a different provider in the future.

The room was gross altogether. The beds are terrible was like laying uphill. The walls are super thin, and the water and showers from other rooms were extremely loud. This place is clearly a place for the locals to party, our room stunk like weed.

I think they have people that stay there all the time.. like extended stay.. and between the hours of 2:30am and almost 4am.. the people in the room next to us were loud and it was hard to sleep

The property was a bit in disrepair. We were.on the upper floor of the motel and the concrete walkway that you use to get to your room was completely slanted towards the railing. If one would lose their balance they could easily fall over the rail. Also some friends of ours who rented a room down the hall fromus couldn't get extra pillows or a blanket. Like those amenities should be available to tge customers.

The insects I found in the first room assigned were numerous including one under the bed covers. Additionally, there were spider webs in the corners of the of the room. The employee on night shift assigned me a new room which was much less problematic than the first one. The room was not first rate. I attempted to sign out on the first morning of my 2 night stay and was told by the man on duty that I had to go through Expedia because I made the reservation through them. I wish to have the charge for the second night removed from the bill as I checked out before 7 AM on Saturday the 7th of October.

Excellent hotel! Perfect for an overnight to explore the Harpers Ferry area, Fort McHenry. Large room, clean bed, hot shower and working air conditioning/heat, free coffee in the morning starting at 6am in reception. Hotel is adjacent to a large strip mall with a Walmart and many fast food joints! Wifi signal was strong in the room. Rooms felt very secure and the area was safe - just off the highway! Great stay overall, and definitely would stay again!
