Reunion of friends
This property is great for a group of 12-16 people. The kitchen/great room and all the bedrooms are spacious. The pool and spa was fun to use. So was the home theater and pool table. The host/property managers are extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property.

TERRIBLE
This was the WORST vacation rental home by far that we’ve ever stayed at! We stayed from Thursday-Monday. We asked for an early check in but was told there were guest checking out the same day that we would be checking in so we couldn’t. Totally understood, we arrived at 3:45 p.m. and waited outside until it was time to check in. But when 5:00 p.m. came and it was time to check in, the cleaning crew was still inside. We had to LITERALLY walk in to let them know that it was check in time! When entering the property we started to do a check of the property for damages. We noticed that the floors were still wet, the dishwasher was still going, curtains in some bedrooms were ripped, blinds broken, pool wasn’t cleaned, movie projector wasn’t working, elevator wasn’t working, ice hockey game not working, mold in the ice maker, and trash under the pillows in the couch!!! (People we found enough toenail clippings for 10 people under the pillows of the couch) We called the staff to address the issues, so they had to come back after looking like they had already did (ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANING) to fix the elevator and movie projector. They told us that someone would be back to fix the air hockey game on Saturday but no one called or ever came by. I asked Lillia who was the person of contact for the property was there a corporate number, person of contact, or email that she could provide to me. NOTHING! Legal action is coming. Stay away from this property.

The home was amazing. There were 20 of us and room for everyone. The home is well insulated and was quiet. The pool and hot tub were warm and very comfortable to be in. We cooked a lot of our own meals and the kitchen served us well. When we had a problem it was addressed quickly. We were very satisfied.

The house was great. Everything worked out well. We stay here for the golf though, and the house did trade hands after we booked. The new owners did not elect to keep the Reunion membership. We need the membership in order to book in the future.

Brought 12 people down for a convention (2/23)and we had room to spare. Everyone loved the place. All the appliances, pool heat, etc. all worked fine. Pool area was great along with communication before and during our stay. Would definitely look at booking again.

Voted Best Couples Retreat
Every year in Feb friends and family get together with their spouse and vacay. My husband and myself found this property and the images and reviews werre awesome. When we arrived this house by far exceeded our expectations. It was more than accomadating for our needs. Flames that had sizzled in some couples were re-ignited. Just everything was perfect. Our Stay over the Holidays 2022
The house overall was great. All the pictures in the listing were exactly how things looked, minus some wear and tear. We did have a few issues that happened to us during our stay including, the elevator was broke, our floors were very dirty, had soiled sheets, our front door wouldn't lock, we never got the theater room tv to work, to name a few. The pool and hot tub in the back were great! The pool guy who came to the pool to clean was great and very friendly. The gas grill in the back was nice for lunch. Location was centrally located for our needs, including going to Disney. Overall, we were pleased with the house and would recommend to others as long as the issues get fixed.

Great Place to Stay
We had a large group of staff members stay at this great luxury home. 20 staff members came together to stay at the house and resort for a conference in the city. There was never a time when it felt crowded. The whole home was well kept and clean. We will stay again.

Not Put Together as Expected
The house was the same but different from 2016. People have really used what use to be our favorite vacation home. Still a beautiful home but really worn and neglected. I looked to the right and left of your property and felt a little embarrassed that we were staying somewhere that was less put together. My suggestion as a starter is to at least replace the pool furniture it’s a wreck and trim out the dead limbs from the palm plants out back. The furniture outdoors was not just worn it was torn and look inviting to sit on. Some wear and tear is normal but this was total abandonment. The spa was not working the first few days of our stay. The pool guy had to replace the blower during our stay which means we didn’t get full use of the spa as paid for. The tub in the master suite plug was broke so we had to buy one in order to use the tub. The ice maker and the washer machine leaked the whole time. Someone came to fix that but it started leaking again after he allegedly fixed it. There was a leak from the air handler that caused a leak from the third floor down to the first floor. The microwave had a small glass plate instead of a large glass plate in it. The second floor microwave had no glass plate at all. I’m assuming someone moved the small plate from that microwave to the larger microwave. I know I’ve said a lot but we saved our money to have a magical vacation and we imagined the home to be a little nicer. For a home to be neglected as extensive as this makes me wonder what’s going on and why are you still renting in this condition. I could say more but what’s done is done. My family and I had a great time in spite of the condition of the home. I just wanted to let you know, you as an owner have to do better or you should lower your rental fee to reflect the condition of the home. We could have done a lot better with the amount of money we paid to you.

We have replaced the ice maker in the laundry room and replaced seat cushions for patio chairs at your request. We also requested that our homeowners association landscaping team trim our palm trees, and this is on their schedule. We strongly recommend all guests to leave all sliding glass doors closed at all times when not in use to prevent the AC system from freezing. Awesome Family Reunion in Reunion
Great house, great pool, great communication with the management company. Very happy with the number of master bedrooms (9) and the themed rooms for the kids. I would recommend a larger refrigerator (or second refrigerator) in the kitchen and minor maintenance on the grill out on the patio. We would absolutely recommend this house, it was a great value!

Maintenance is way below par at this rental. AC had difficulty cooling in some rooms. The oven wasn't connected to the power. The refrigerator was operating but had broken shelves with icing-over problems that led to water leaking on the floor. One of the dishwashers had a broken rack so you couldn't load plates in it. Sometimes it took over 24 hours for a response from the property manager. Even with all of the problems the house was large enough for our family of 21 and the pool was a good size to play in. It was also in a great location and close to all the theme parks. The amenities also offered at the resort were great.

Overall the property and resort was beautiful however there were a few things that could use some improvement: Updated streaming platforms throughout all of the property (an updated Roku stick does wonders), the internet was not good (upgrade is definitely needed), the water pressure in the showers were subpar along with needing a good scrubbing of the shower head due to the hard water build up would help tremendously. These little changes would make a world of a difference. Honestly it was just the little things but aside from that the group had a great vacation.

2021 Family Reunion
We travel to Florida almost evey year (unitl COVID). We finally had our reunion and stayed at this fabulous Diamond Resort home we found on VRBO. We loveed the stay and would do it again. Only a few issues developed when AC unit shut down the first night on the 3rd floor. Breaker switches got it going again. The ovens did not work when we arrived but were replaced two days into our 6 night stay. This resulted in anxiety as we had a chef arriving the day it was replaced. We shifted food plans around but the initial brisket meal did not go as well. Cable went out but was quickly fixed by our friendly attendant Lilia. An additiional observatin - the game room is too dark to play ping pong. Wires and extension cords are on the floor as well but our kids were older and we had no toddler worries. Some normal wear and tear to the property. All bedrooms were fabulous. It was a nice friendly place and we will remember it always. Unfortunatley, we could not get any extra time to leave due to need for cleaning crew to start for the next family coming. I hope they enjoy their stay as much if not more than we did. The traffic on I-4 is bad every day. If you never have to leave the resort, this will not bother you. Give yourself an extra hour otherwise.

This property was a perfect fit for our friends & clients. It allowed for good meeting & social gathering spaces as well as plenty of room for privacy. The en suite master bedrooms were nice & spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, my family and friends had an absolute great time at this vacation home. The home is so spacious and decorated beautifully. The check-in process was simple as a code is given prior to your stay. The location was perfectly fine, nestled in a gorgeous gated community. As there were hardly any negatives. The one issue we had was with the cable service. Majority of the tvs did not work and traveling with children they wanted to have some type of cable to watch. The property managers were always available when needed and came to see why the tvs were not working. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cable provider. Also, there was no tv in one of the kids rooms. And the outside tv had absolutely no service. The game room was sadly not used because the XBOX required you to have a login to access games. So the children never utilized this room. Besides those minor things everything was perfect! The pool and Jacuzzi were perfect and we had a group of 19. We had more than enough space. I cant thank the property managers enough for their consideration with a later check out and responding quickly to any concerns. Highly recommend!

A nice place, could use some attention to detail.
This is a very nice place, but like my short title says, it could use some attention to detail. We arrived with shower/plumbing problems (they fixed it the next day). The hot tub would drain when the jets were turned on (fixed next day). Pool/spa heat - no place in this does it say there is a fee, it lists HEATED pool/spa - be ready to shell out an extra fee per day. The media room's projector is almost dead, half the screen is very dark. The remotes - please get a harmony...to me, luxury doesn't equal 10 remotes in a media room. Fan remotes - never found one that worked in the ground floor master. Ice machine in laundry is dead (we had to buy ice to make margaritas). This is all little detail type things, but for the price, it should have been much better.

Thanks so much for staying at our property. We apologize you did not have a 5-star stay. Pricing for pool heat is on our listing description and must be agreed to as part of our House Rules before checking out. We understand this may be overlooked by some travelers. This particular guest did not pay for pool heat, requested pool heat, I personally came out within 1 hour to turn it on, and found someone in the guest's party manipulating the pool equipment to get the pool heater working. We later repaired $300 worth of pool equipment, got the pool heater working next day, and refunded the guest the pool heat charge in full (even though the pool heater was working for the majority of their stay). I personally verified with the guest that the pool heat charge was refunded to their card, and I never mentioned to the guest about the extra cost of repairs. In order for us to maintain the highest level of service to all guests, situations like this are exactly the reason we must charge for pool heat. We were not aware of the media room projector bulb, or else we would have fixed it right away as we keep spare bulbs for this purpose. We had a Harmony remote, and the Harmony hub in the media room is still intact. However, many of our guests prefer not to use this remote/device as the Harmony becomes unusable if guests decide to plug in their own device (AppleTV, Amazon Fire Stick, Chromecast, etc.) We have replaced the ice maker, and we are sorry to inconvenience you during your stay. We strive to deliver the highest level of service, and we apologize we missed the mark. We will continue working to improve the guest experience. Kind regards, David Tung

My son was having a Disney Wedding so we rented this house for my family and friends. The place is amazing. Every amenity you could ask for. We had such a good time that this might become a yearly thing. Thank you David for your communication, it was excellent.

AMAZING !!!!!
We had a family get together of like 30+ young and older. We as a family really enjoyed ourselves. All family members fit comfortably and the home is so gorgeous beautifully decorated and more. David was very accommodating, informative, and responsive. During our stay David was out the country but he made sure to put me in contact with his other property manager if we had any issues. The first night we had some minor issues but he made sure in the morning those needs were taken care of. It rained a lot while we were there (most of the day)but we had so many things to do in the house we didn’t miss not going out. We did have a raccoon visit us and he was not afraid Day or night he was there. But other then that we had an amazing time. We would definitely stay here again the community itself was beautiful with beautiful homes. What I would recommend if you have a big family and staying for a while bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and all other essentials you would need.

This home is amazing! The photos do not do it justice. We had 26 family members ages 4-75 here and no one was ever bored. The rooms, beds, baths, kitchen, and living spaces are all amazing. The heated pool/spa was worth every penny. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were wonderful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

they thought of everything....garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. The house was roomy and accommodated everyone. The only minor I would say is they need more explanations throughout the house. We couldn't find how to turn on the air hockey table, couldn't find how to connect to the house speakers that were present, and didn't even find out they had a pool bathroom around the side of the house till the last day. Just a little more instructions would allow us to really utilize the whole house. But we love the place and we would come back to this house or any other in the complex.

The house was beautiful!!!!!
This house has everything. We were a party of 24 and the house was very accommodating. Each bedroom had its own personal en suite and no one felt like they were cheated out of a room. The owner, David was friendly, accommodating and responsive to our needs. There was an issue with the elevator in the beginning but, David took care of that right away. This was our semiannual Family Vacation and we look forward to staying with David and HomeAway again in the future.

We were a group of 50 somethings and rented the house for four nights. An easy five star property. The house was pristine and immaculate for starters. Everything was clean. David is extremely responsive. We had one minor issue and he literally came to the house to fix it within an hour. Every bedroom has a king sized bed and is en suite except the two kids rooms which is a huge positive. No one feels like they got a bad room. Kitchen, dining table and living room all together making an excellent socialization space. I would rate this 10 out of 10. The small bits I would say is water pressure wasn't great and wifi didn't work on third floor but I used my phone as a hotspot. Compared to the positives these were both very minor. I highly recommend this property. The pool table and home theater are nice additions as well

Great house, great amenities!
We had my father's 90th birthday here with all the children and grandchildren. There were 22 of us. Everything was perfect about the space...we used all of it! The pool and deck, the home theater and the dining areas. David was awesome and responsive to our multitude of questions. Will be back for our next family reunion for sure!
