This is hotel, which in the area is the only international recognised company was the worst i have ever stayed while being a hotels.com account holder.
Where do i start.
i arrvied at the hotel, they didn't have my booking, the rude woman at the reception had the attitude of a 15 year old girl, claiming i was lying about my reservation. I have travelled all over the world and never seen such horrific customer service from a 4* hotel.
once that was finally sorted with a 30 minute phone call to hotels.com which thankfully fixed it, i got to my room, the room's radiator must have been on all day it was at least 28 degress in there, so i went to turn on the air conditioning which didnt work, i went to open the window which only opened up the slightest bit but the gap was so close to the wall that it didn't make any sort of difference, so naturally what do i do? i try to call reception, to my suprise the phone also doesnt work.
At this point i am furious but so tired ( it was more or less 10:30pm ) that i just accepted it, next thing i go to the toilet the toilet literally stunk like old chicken, it was a horrible rotten smell and it was physically making me feel sick. to think they wanted 83 of my hard earned euros is an absolute disgrace.
The following morning breakfast, Poached eggs were dry the bacon was like rubber and coffee was just water with a little coffee added to it.
One of the worst stays of my life, absolutely avoid at all costs PLEASE.
