"A great location which is easily assessible to public transport and shops. Supporting staffs are very nice, but sorry to say that staffs in the reception are cold and not very helpful."

"The hotel was good value for money. The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom was a bit strange, until you find thblind. The staff were great but the reception staff including Michelle and Michelle K were exceptional. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel had a lovely roof terrace with a view over the city and a long swimming pool. The breakfast offered was very good with a variety of food offered. The location is convenient for visiting the quays, which are excellent for bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of orchard rd and close to an MRT station too."

"Overall, the service is fast and staffs are friendly. However, the locks of the room are old and a lot of visitors are banging their doors just to lock it. It can get rather disruptive to your sleep at times as you will hear your neighbours banging the doors. This happen especially on the rooms on level 1. I think it’s time to change the locks of the doors! "
