The staff were EXCELLENT!!! There is a very bad sewage smell in the afternoons especially. The room needed painting and the sheets needed replacing. It was quiet and the location is good. No hot water and very limited cable.

You can pay double for the same, in the same area
The Good: Very cheap with warm water, good Cable TV, good room lighting, wall safe, dressing table & mirror and OK a/c. They brought an extra pillow for each guest, without being asked. CR floor mat arrived unrequested too. Nicely cooked and reasonably priced Filipino breakfast in the fresh and clean lobby restaurant. Very quiet hotel. Taxis always available outside the front door (their go-to Canteen is across the road). Staff are trying! The Bad: Very, very basic rooms, lower quality finishing, slightly worn... but adequate. Amenities are just a single tiny bar of soap for each Guest; who share a single roll of toilet paper. Extra pillow was too thin. Window, but no view, from ground floor rooms. Poor maintenance: worn flooring, running toilet, safe not working, side-table lamp not working, room power-card receptacle faulty. No lift (elevator). The Ugly: Lack of a blanket on the bed (just one thin sheet). How can you get cosy? Tip: Request room cleaning, daily. -- end --

Pro: -Location but you can find better hotel at the same area with a better deal Cons: -Early check in will cost you a full day rate even if the room is already available. No option for discounted rate for early check in. In other hotels, local and abroad, they even allow early check in for free. -poor condition of the shower with molds and mildew. Should they be operating with health hazards like that? -no housekeeping during our 3nights stay. No wonder the place looks old and dirty. -no bidet or dipper at least. You are operating in the Philippines with mostly local guests. It should be a basic feature.

Wr book this hotel twice as they could keep our luggages while we were out of town and accomodate 8 peoples (2 rooms of 4). From outside and the lobby it looks welcoming and in good condition. But when you get in the room.... The door doesnt open with the card, or cannot lock, the bathroom is not clean ( especially the shower curtain and the walls was full of mold, and the taps. Were not well fixed... Also there is no elevator to get to the other floors. We were disapointed especially for the price. Would not recommand it.

The hotel looks nothin like the pictures, the whole building of very old and out dated and we were extremely disappointed in our room. The bathroom was full of black mold and it felt like our room hadn’t had a good clean since the hotel was brand new

Great Hotel if ya want to save some cash! Stayed there 18 days while in Cebu City, would definitely go back. WiFi works excellent, great AC and quite rooms. Very professional and friendly staff!!

I have been staying here for around 2 weeks. Nice hotel, large rooms, good AC, good Wifi. Great staff, very helpful. Great location,close to Robbison Mall, 7-11, and many great restaurants. I will stay here again when the need arises.

For your room assignment, it was our lapses that we failed to give you your room request as much as we want to but we are 100% fully booked. Unfortunately you turned down our offer to transfer you the next day and you chose to stay in the same room. We have done our thorough investigation, Toilet paper and soap were given to your room assigned. We hope that you address your concerns during your stay so we can address it one by one. The hotel room is ok. I would just like to recommend to put a bidet on the comfort room for convenience and/or pail with dipper. Also, no toothpaste and shampoo were given. There was a hole on the ceiling of comfort room that creates noises everytime we open the door, so it was a bit creepy tho. The connection of tv cable sometimes gets interrupted. The vault isn’t working. But all in all, the comfortability in the room is quite fine.

Best value place in town..defo go back
Very friendy.great value! Great location 8 minute walk from the centre circle but in a nice quiet area away from the begets n street hawkers..ignore previous stupid negative comments..I stayed in 5 other hotels and this was by far the best..aircon isn't noisy if you get up and flick the switch to 'low quiet mode'!!! It's also in a nice area with some nice restraints near by...

It was not really to the excellent rating except one thing, Their towels are not maintained the appearance and old rotten towels been used and served for many customers. It was was good and safe in the hotel and all the Staff are well very ac accomodating, Also, they served breakfast only NO other meals.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. It was difficult to close the door to my room though, but I think I was the only one with that problem. Fairly clean, but the cabinet has a slightly musty smell. The location is accessible to the main street, and there are lots of taxis outside, so I had no difficulty getting a ride.

Great staff
We arrived before checkin time and they stored our bags in a safe area so we could start seeing Cebu. The staff were always smiling and happy to help in any way. A short walk down the road and you can catch a taxi/jeepney or walk to many things! The area seemed to be safe as we never once had any issues!

The air conditioner didn't work well at all and never cool down the room.. The room smell like manure so it was always hot in the room and was very uncomfortable for that reason.. now the staff was very friendly and helpful they're really nice so I can't knock them for that other than that I probably wouldn't go back to this place.

Hotel are very close to mall/restaurant/taxi cab.
Great & friendly staff at receptionist'they all lovely & pretty too./polite 'approachable security's on duty & rooms are well cleaned.all personnel they will greet you with a'good smile everyday ,you will feel comportable with them as family./dissapointed no.1: 1st night i cannot sleep due to a/c noisy /i request to another room(deluxe) on the nextday but still the a/c are the same old/noisy.the good thing there is another room on 1st floor w/new installed a/c so i get there & i paid 500 due to the room have extra bed./dissapointed no.2:toilet have no handspray also light switch have no cover and toilet room also have no exhaust(need maintenance & installation of exhaust)/dissapointed no.3: All bath towel are Old ENOUGH for replacement.I will come again if have a chance on the future.

Accessible location to tourist spots and malls
Nice stay in general but would have preferred more choices for bfast meals. The climb to the 3rd floor where our room was located was tedious especially after a long tiring day of touring. Good we're from the mountains and are used to walking but still would have preferred to save the energy for the next day's activities.

The place is quiet altho the room assigned to me has some minimal deficiency, the staff from the front desk, the daily breakfast cook and the maintenance has very much compensated for the room. Price wise, I had a good buy. Will definitely recommend to my budget conscious friends

Good value budget hotel
This hotel is a budget hotel so don't compare it with a luxury hotel. For the small price paid, the hotel rooms is very good. The bed is a Queen size with a comfortable mattress and sheets and towels changed daily. The room has an en-suite, telephone, air-conditioner plus a safe. Included in the price I paid was breakfast, free WiFi and hot and cold drinking water when requested. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if visiting Cebu and I would also recommend to friends visiting Cebu.

Dynasty more like Travesty
The hotel and surrounding area were missold and we had to leave early as I didn't feel it was safe or clean enough for my partner and I to stay any longer!

Sorry that you are unhappy with your stay.About the surroundings of the hotel it is beyond our control.The hotel already exist more than 24 years, so we knew the surroundings near in the hotel are safe and we really make sure that our guest are safe while staying with us. And also as far as I remembered when you check out earlier than your check out date,the front desk personnel asked you why you checking out early,you complain nothing about the hotel but you just answered changing plans and you need to go in Boracay that day.
