We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your time here.Unfortunately, on Sunday, February 4th, there was a power outage in the city of Cebu, which, regrettably, can be a common occurrence in the Philippines. Fortunately, we have a generator to provide full backup not only for our serviced apartment/hotel but also for our commercial district.Regrettably, when the generator automatically turned on, it caused a malfunction in the water pump responsible for supplying water to our rooftop tanks. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to find a replacement and have it installed until late the following day due to the unexpected nature of the issue and the limited availability of resources on weekends.We understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you, especially as a visiting guest from another country who may not be used to occasional power outages by the city electricity company. Please know that we take your concerns seriously and did everything we could as quickly as possible to rectify the situation. This is the first time this pump has broken, but to improve our systems and procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future, we have already purchased a backup.Following an internal meeting to investigate the rest of your claims, we believe these comments were exaggerated out of obvious frustration due to the lack of water during those particular days of your stay at 88th Avenue. Although it’s not pleasant to see such comments posted on this platform, we can understand why.Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Good day sir! We asked for the dirty towel charge because it had a lot of stains. We will attach the picture of the towel so you'll see for yourself how dirty it is sir. We understand that is a girl's nature as you said, but using our white towel to wipe the blood is not a reason. Regarding the snack bar sir, we put the price list in the mini bar basket so you'll see it before you grab it. Only the water that has a tag is free. We didn't receive a call from your room that you have a wifi problem, so we fix it right away. The housekeeping just follows the rules of the management. And it's not easy for them to remove a blood stain.
