Custom-built in 2014, adjacent to the PEI National Park, sleeps 4, and boasts more than 1600 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths.

Guests will find the unique décor including an authentic 8ft fishing dory hanging from the ceiling in the loft area, and lobster traps (that were used by local fishermen) which have been re-purposed as a kitchen pot rack.

In the spacious and bright gourmet kitchen, guests will find an abundance of custom maple cabinetry, quartz counter tops, 4 stainless steel appliances, a full compliment of small appliances by Kitchen Aid and Cuisinart, and a wide selection of PEI's own Paderno pots. Guests will enjoy dining at a kitchen Island that seats 6 in an open concept kitchen/living room area.

Main floor washroom: 4 piece complete with front load washer and dryer and laundry sink.
Second floor 2 piece washroom.

Living Room: sofa, love seat, armchair, lamps, an entertainment center with a 60 inch flat screen TV. Cozy up to the propane fireplace on a rainy / cool evenings.
Loft Sitting Room: sofa, 2 armchairs, lamps, and flat screen TV.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, Stearns and Foster mattress set, down pillows, bed linens, large closet, dresser, ceiling fan, wooden blinds, luggage rack, lockable door handle, and extra blankets.
Bedroom #2: Queen size Bed, Stearns and Foster mattress set, down pillows, bed linens, large closet, dresser, ceiling fan, wooden blinds, luggage rack, lockable door handle, and extra blankets.
Bedroom #3: Skylight, 2 twin beds, Stearns and Foster mattress set, down pillows, bed linens, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, luggage rack, lockable door handle, and extra blankets.

This cottage is located within a 'cottage community development' with other adjacent cottages and like-minded users.

Sorry, no children. This is an adult only rental. The cottage has stairs to the upper level with no protection gate.

Quintessential place to stay In Cavendish
We really enjoyed our stay at Neil’s beautifully situated cottage in Cavendish, The minute you step inside you see that the attention to detail is incredible and the decor is inspired by Prince Edward Island. The cottage is well stocked so that you don’t have to think of anything but relax and enjoy your vacation. The owner has included many nice touches for guests from a welcome gift to extra towels, to shampoo in case you have forgotten your own. The kitchen is our dream kitchen, beautiful designed but also well stocked if you are a gourmet cook with every kitchen appliance for cooking that you can think of. The location of the cottage is right in Cavendish but at the edge of attractions of the main strip so you can go back to quiet of the cottage after enjoying tourist attractions. It is minutes away from the national park, bike trails, hiking, stretches of white sand beaches and red cliffs. The owner has included a national park pass which we made use of nearly every day to truly enjoy the beauty of PEI. If you are a fan of LM Montgomery and Anne of Green Gables then you are steps away from the area where she grew up and inspired her famous books. The owner was very accommodating and responsive which put us at ease and made for an enjoyable stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate booking again when we find ourselves back in PEI because it feels like a home away from home. Thank you.

Great Property
All you could ever ask for in this property. If you have forgotten anything.....they have it. You will see the sun rise sitting on the side deck and sunsets from the back deck. If you enjoy cooking, this is a dream kitchen for you!! I would highly recommend this property.

PERFECT in Every Way...
This place was absolutely amazing. We arrived to thoughtful welcome gifts by the hosts -so kind and unexpected. Saying the kitchen was well-stocked would be an understatement. I packed a lot of things that I did not even need because the hosts have thought of everything here! Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. They spared no expense making this beautiful cottage PERFECT! The location of this cottage was also amazing. Everything around the island was drivable within an hour. We golfed many of the courses and they were all stellar! We will definitely return to PEI and we will definitely be booking this cottage again.

Great week in Cavendish.
