It is a very modern building with all the amenities. Stuff speaks English and very helpful. Its located about 15 minutes walk from the beach and Medina .

The room that is not in the pictures The door between the two rooms does not have a key inside your room, which makes it possible in the other room to enter your room.

After a long flight, it took one (1) hour to check in...I was sitting there for ever. The guy had me give him my passport and sign twice because he claimed my "file" got lost!!! Got to my room 1219 to find another guy/guest doing his thing in the toilet, inside "my room". We were both surprised and scared at the same time! We were were both given the same room...After complaining downstairs and getting another room 1206. The room was not clean nor had coffee or tea. Mirror broken. Complained to a staff "Soumia" who made sure they brought the coffee and tea. I will not stay there again! This is supposed to be a five star hotel!!!!!

The air conditioning wasn't working first night. The window is missing 1 of the 2 locking handles, which left it not very sealed, letting in a lot of noise from the street and the cars. They also decided to start refurbishments in the corridor of my door in the morning (no warning). The workers even knocked on the wall and the door frame to my room. They woke me up and when I came out they apologised then continued to make noise anyway. A very disappointing stay. We pay for a 5* hotel for no reason except the comfort. When they dont consider this and disturb my morning, I really feel that I've been scammed. Where I paid and wasn't provided the service.

The staff is friendly especially Mrs Laila Chbihi the duty manager, she is very nice and extremely helpful.  The poor points: Rooms furniture is old,  Toilet seat location is tight. Bath top. Breakfast area on 1st floor: no A/C,  not clean, orange juice canned, service is slow.  No sauna no steam room.  Location of hotel is ok if need to be close to old city and train station, but the area is old and not safe at night.

They lost my reservation initially, but then seemed to sort it out. They gave me a key to a room that ended up already being occupied (literally walked in on someone else in their room, as I was told it was my room) and they eventually found me a room at a much cheaper hotel across the street with no refund to adapt for the lower cost room. Book at your own risk.

This is a very good hotel to stay in Casablanca. Location is central and the staff is super helpful and very friendly. The Concierge arranged for a wheel chair to be taken with us in a van to do sightseeing. The tour guide they arranged was an excellent english speaking guide, who helped us a lot and made our stay very pleasant. Moroccan hospitality was seen through this hotel. I will recommend this hotel very strongly for the value for the money. Breakfast buffet and lunch buffet were full of variety.

This must have been a nice classy place. Everything seems to be falling apart and old. Breakfast and dinner buffet are ok but over priced, They get you there. My mattress was terrible with like a whole in it. They must be ready to sell or close or an absentee owner .

Disappointing
Things around the room and the bathroom were broken, and there were moths everywhere. When we arrived, after a long 8 hour flight, the staff didn't even offer any water. We came to the room, there was no water there either. I had to ask where to get that, they suggested to contact the room service, which came 20 mins later and asked for cash payment. We ended up (after the flight!) walking outside and looking for convenience stores so we could get some water bottles for the room.
