We had a soccer tournament and our team was staying there. We called in advance to let them know not to give our room away because we'd be in late. They sold our room. Tried to give us to separate rooms to make up for it. We didn't want to separate our family, so we all crammed in one bed. It was late and we were exhausted from the 4 hour ride. The blankets and sheets were not clean. Mattress cover had giant yellow spots on it. I've worked for a hotel and it's nothing a wash wouldn't have taken care of. So, were they even washed? Who knows? They did give us a discount for inconveniencing us. However, it's still disheartening to know planning ahead and double checking is pointless.

This hotel is very beautiful, modern and up to date. However upon arrival, I was told that I only had 2 beds for 5 people when I requested or booked 2 beds and a sofa bed. I had to ask our family members if my son could stay in their room. Totally unacceptable. In addition, they had us on the bottom floor and there were children above us that kept stumping! I called the front desk to ask them to make a courtesy visit to the people above us. I’m not sure if they did or not because the stumping continued early this morning from 5:30 to about 8:30 am. Just terrible! I didn’t get any rest.

The La Quinta was our haven away from home. Heather was able to accommodate us last minute, and she made us feel so welcome. The manager during the day was so helpful and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. We travelled for a funeral, and the clean, new, beautiful accommodations were just what we needed after a long day. Comfortable beds and pillows, coffee and lemon water 24/7, and a great hot breakfast. Thank you!!

It was just what my husband and I needed as we searched for houses. Only con was there was a large gap at the top of our door and the people in our hallway were very loud at all hours of the night. But great hotel perfect for a quick little stay!

The major issue I had with our stay was that our room was not at all as advertised. They showed a suite with a separate sitting area. The room was just a basic hotel room with two beds. This was an unpleasant surprise when arriving after a full day of driving with 3 small children. We would have stayed at a different hotel if we knew the actual layout of the room.

You can smell mold through the walls in the entire building as if there was past water damage. The smell was very strong. I won't be back with my newborn again but everything thing else was great.

Really nice hotel at a bargain price
The LaQuinta was in a great location, convenient to many shops and restaurants. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we got great and friendly service.

Front desk man was very nice but that’s where my compliments end. First off $25 pet fee when there were no poop bag stations out back & literal dog poop everywhere, I stepped in a big pile walking my dog n the very narrow walk area. La Quinta used to never charge a pet fee, so don’t claim to be “very pet friendly” then charge 1/3 of the room price have a very gross walk area. Bed was lumpy, room smelled weird. Breakfast was decent.

Great staff but need better cleaning!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, I was able to do an early check in. When I arrived the elevator was dirty and the hallway leading to my was room was very dirty. My room had stained sheets on the bed and smelled of smoke. It was something wasted on the side of the bed rails that was left and never cleaned and someone old cologne was sitting between the headboard and bed. The cleaning should have been done better, I was not please with that part. Breakfast was the same thing no switch up and everything was microwaved. But I guess that was ok at least they served breakfast.

Awful experience. Sink didn’t work at first. Housekeeping staff is rude, the evening desk staff were fine and nice but the after hours staff at the desk were rude and unwilling to help. First cup of coffee in the morning made me throw up as half the cup was coffee grounds. Didn’t even eat breakfast here. Cancelled my second night.
