Perfect Beach Spot
Genavieve was an amazing host, very responsive , and easy to get in touch with. The property is perfectly located on the beach front with direct beach access. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot.

Lovely Beach House

We loved it ! Everything was exactly what the posting states very clean, steps from the beach , cute and the host giving us a tour of the place made it so inviting! We plan on using this place as our go to from now on . We loved the bottom apartment no steps to climb with your bags !! Book it !

Lovely little place, great location!
Owner was thoughtful and thorough. The lay-out is nice for the size. The location is great. The only downside, which can't be helped, is the tight parking, but that still wasn't too bad. Definitely keeping it in mind for couple's or small group beach trips! Thank you!

Perfect stay!
Host was amazing! Her property was exactly as described and she was awesome! She was kind enough to meet us when we pulled in and gave us a quick tour. The place is beach front and we didn’t want for anything! Everything we needed…she had provided in the one bedroom apartment! We will DEFINITELY return! Amazing host!

Served its purpose
Very nice lady but felt as she does not trust people who rent her places. List of things provided then once it was booked, linens and towels were offered for a fee. Felt nervous using anything there. Nice lady and the place served its purpose but probably won’t stay again.

Jodi, So sorry you felt uncomfortable in our relaxing, unpretentious accommodation. We love having Guests enjoy the property and all of the "amenities" we provide. Other reviews mention how welcoming Genevieve is upon arrival and explains here to help with any special needs. Yes, as the listing states, there is a small addition fee for linens and towels. Fabulous Host and Location
We had a very short stay, but loved everything about it. Cute place with great beach access. Our interactions with the Hostess were top notch. She is wonderful. I will be going back as soon as possible. The only downside for me was the noise from the walking talking and a little bit of snoring ☺ from the upstairs guests. The floor insulation for sound is not the best. For that reason, I would recommend tryin to book the upstairs if you have enough people.

Our host was extremely nice! The property and beach were also clean and beautiful! Sat out on the steps at night and watched the waves crash under a full moon. Also, gorgeous sunrise with coffee out there. Cant wait to get back. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I can’t say enough about this place. We chose the Carolina Beach House for our anniversary trip. Awesome little super clean beach apartment with its own parking and beach access. If you opt for the linens package and bring what they tell you on the list, all you need to do is stock the fridge. All you need for the beach is provided. It’s convenient to just about everything in Carolina Beach. It is a nice little get away from everything. The owners greeted us when we arrived and are very responsive to any issues that may arrive. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We enjoyed this cute little home away from home. It was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the layout and was decorated so cute! The owners suggested several eating spots in the area that were top notch. We enjoyed coffee out back listening to the waves and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We enjoyed it so much and didn’t want to leave. If we’re ever back visiting Carolina Beach, we will definitely rent this home again.

Father and Daughter trip
Our stay was phenomenal. Clean,quiet and close to the water. This was a special trip for my 8y/o daughter and me. Our first getaway without mama and younger sibling. Perfect for the 2 of us. Definitely want to come back again except this time I bring my Son. Thinking next year for that trip. We had fairly decent weather and the ocean water was the perfect temp. 15 minutes from the aquarium in Fort Fischer. Not far at all from many places. When we first arrived the owners were there to greet us and to show us around the property. Very nice couple. Easily available if you have any questions about the house or the general area/town. Great for family get away
My husband and I stayed here with our almost 4 year old, and had the best time. The one bedroom rental is the perfect size for smaller families like ours and it being right off the beach is very convenient for easy back and forth potty trips with our young one!! The property was clean, the location was great, and Genevieve was very nice and helpful!

My friend and I finished a 2 week road trip at the beach house. Genevieve was there to greet us and check us in. The home and surroundings were beautiful. Beach access was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. All of it was perfect. Unfortunately, we arrived with Idalia and had to cut our stay short. Genevieve was so gracious in helping us navigate the storm. We will be back to to continue our perfect beach vacation. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We stayed in the 1 bed 1 bath, it was so adorable! The owners are so sweet. Loved the full kitchen. The bathroom was so cute! Right on the beach. Just right for a quick trip. Only suggestion, update to streaming for us young people! At least offer Netflix or an option to connect with personal devices. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
