The reception person (Kristi) was wonderful Great first impression very friendly and helpful. We did not bring our dog on this trip but there is lots of green-space around the hotel perfect for any furry friend. Will definitely consider this hotel for are next trip to the area, especially with a furry friend.

We were traveling back to Ontario from Florida and heard about this gem . This hotel is in a beautiful quiet country setting . Very clean ,comfortable ,friendly staff and a great morning breakfast. We would definitely stay here again .

Easy on and off the interstate. The town of Carlisle was quaint and bustling. Our room was very comfortable. The facility seemed new.

Great hotel but time for new carpets
Lady who checked us in, was there last summer too, super nice!!! Always helpful. The breakfast had bacon this time so the Mr was happy! We have stayed here a few times over the years when coming from out of town. Always a good experience and it doesnt break the bank. I would just say its time for a good carpet cleaning and re-securring in place or carpet replacement: the entrance, the hallways, the elevator, etc.

Good hotel, good location but there are not too many choices of restaurants close by. Rooms need upgrading. Hotel is clean but could use a few renovations. Staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel doesn’t overcharge for pets like other chains.
