We will go back
The owner, Simric, went out of his way to tailor our stay and tour to our needs, including picking us up in Khayelitsha, introducing us to a local poet and a local playwright, and taking us to an artisan food market. The breakfast, brought in the morning by Carrey, was excellent. And they had brought in a second heater as some of the winter nights were quite cold. The room has an alarm system, and we felt safe walking to the False Bay train station, a leisurely ten-minute walk away. Three stations away is Kalk Bay, where there are plenty of options for fine dining at a reasonable cost.

Serene Getaway
We spent three delightful nights at the "Cob House" in Muizenberg. The Cob House itself is beautiful, with lovely touches on the interior. Our hosts Simric and Carey were flexible and accommodating. We loved the delicious organic breakfast served each morning. When we left, we felt relaxed and energized...something that we desperately needed!
