Ever since Travelodge underwent new management the hotel has gone downhill. I stayed at this hotel everytime I traveled for business. I will no longer stay there. The hotel is dirty, staff are rude. Prices are extremely high with no business rate for my company any longer and they charge a deposit even though Im a long time customer. Extremely dissatified.

No elevator and at 3 am after a full day of travel it was a tough last haul bringing 3 suit cases up two flights of stairs, late checkout was allowed but the cleaners came in at 11, and considering flights only land mid afternoon and 3 am I found it a bit odd that they didn’t allow the extra 2 hours after they said it was allowed. I got in close to 4am and there was a lot of noise on my floor at that time, this is not the hotels fault but at that point it was enough to make me skip this hotel in the future.

Very outdated and dirty. Staff service was great and complimentary breakfast was good. This place definitely needs some renovations and a good deep clean.

I chose the Travel lodge because it said it was "Pet friendly" What they failed to tell me is that they charge extra for pets. Once in the room, my dog who is allergic to things comes out from under the bed with a candy wrapper in his mouth.The heating system felt as if we were heading to Europe when it came on..too loud.

We had a reservation for a suite with a kitchenette. There was a fridge and hotplate. There were literally 4 different mismatched plates, two spoons and a couple pots. The pool and hot tub were gross with condensation dripping off everything inside and hot tub all foamy. Lots of challenges with cancelling our final day.

The air conditioner didn’t work. Taps for hot and cold were opposite (labeled improperly), tiles in shower were broken, rust in shower and dirty shower head. Toilet was broken and ran water constantly, No shampoo and only one towel was provided, we called down and asked for towels and shampoo they arrived at 10:00pm when we were getting ready to settle in for the night to give us towels and no shampoo. There were no pillows for pull out coach, or extra bedding.

I liked the pool and activity area. The property was dated and rusty. There was hair on the linens. I think it was as clean as it could be but it appears the hotel has been used for long term accommodations. Staff is kind and friendly and helpful. Breakfast included and the dining room was clean and tidy. Neutral dating!

What a disappointing stay. Pool was closed, no forewarning. Views were NOT what was advertised AT ALL. 500 deposit for 2 rooms, still haven’t received that back after 3 days even though our rooms were spotless. Breakfast was super bland, orange juice was the best part of it all. Bed was comfy and clean, best I can say. Staff was polite.

Upon your check in at front desk we were not advised or contacted here at the desk for the above mentioned items.We provide three pillows on a king bed, but would have been happy to have provided an extra two if requested.As for the crib there was no infant/toddler accompanying you during your stay.Kleenex and lotion are provided in your bathroom with soap and shampoo. We can provide extra if you call front desk.

I booked online and somehow ended up with the handicap/accessible room, next to the lobby. Though I was not there to party, it was new year's eve and there was activity until about 2am. The bath did not have a stopper so I went to several rooms with a staff member to find one. The one we finally found was completely moldy on the underside. The staff member brought it back to the desk to spray it but it did not clean off, even after soaking it in hot water. Needless to say, I did not use it but would have liked a bath to relax. I had hoped to use the hot tub but there was a sign that the pool and activity room were not available from Dec 4 to Jan 17th, I think. Part of the cost of the room is the amenities. I think the rooms should have been discounted since these amenities were unavailable.

People partying kept us up all night til 4:35 am … l called at 2:44 am and 3:21 am … the pool hit tub and gym and pool tables were all closed for renovations … and we weren’t informed… and they moved us to the third floor 10 minutes after we got here the the floor was all wet on main floor and didn’t tell us that there was a New Year’s party going on all night… tv remote didn’t work and fridge wasn’t working and when it did kick in was so liud
